just got my Tahoe back after a few weeks of down time after a rear end car accident. While it was in the body shop being repaired i struck a deal with them to paint the entire thing. I REALLY picked a great body shop! If your local and even if your not, Transport YOUR ride to AutoBody Workshop in Sacramento, CA - Tell Bryan or Roy what you want and they will take care of you! Obviously they have a paintbooth big enough for a full size RV so bring that too! Door panels are also finally installed and the music is playing again!

This Tahoe, as you might know, has Ridetech Air-ride suspension (E3, Shockwave Titanium series). I just replaced the entire front end with all new DJM Control arms (upper and 3" drop lower's), new ball joints, new end link bushings, new bearings - and even though it is bagged and has a 3" drop already, it still just did not sit very low. I decided to go with a 2" Drop Spindle by McGaughy's to get just that little bit more and make it better. It was surprisingly easy to do and really made a difference! I know she isnt laying frame but at least it has a little more flavor now when aired out! Another thing that is great is i can drive with the truck much lower and still have good ride quality!

I finally got this put in my Tahoe, I did the whole build by myself in a little over 1 week. I built it to compete at a local shop, to run in the 1-2 woofer class, and after just getting it done the night before, and hauling ass up to the place to pay and enter.....the next morning I get this "sorry, 15" max on subs". What kind of garbage is that, and thanks for telling me the night before. They Really put this limit on because last year in my Lumina, I kicked EVERYBODY's ass with the Jackhammer :) I've only got 1 of the 4 alts. on it so far, and I have lots more 1/0 to run, finish work and tweeking to do. But that's another video....

It is just ridiculous that vehicles under 4 years old or under 40k in mileage to suffer from something like this. & how pays for it? The Customer cause usually it appears after warrantee & it requires a complete replacement. Another issues is the Coating of paint or dye used on these plastic dashboard which also blemish or peel off. Honestly I never thought I would cover so many in a 2 day period.
