She suffers from Ataxic Cerebral Palsy since birth and it led her to a passion for technology, which was strictly forbidden by her father's backwards views. The ruling from Chief US District Judge Fred Biery in San Antonio came as Medina Valley High School in Castroville prepares for Saturday's graduation.
