After being entranced and inspired by this ritualistic love energy it was decided by TM and Rose Mackey, one of the leading lights of this wild heart gang, to combine forces. Rose, a film director by devotion, and TM, who was looking to visualize his jam "Circulation" came together, employed the sensitive eye of Andrew Kesin, long running chief administrator of TM's own Ecstatic Peace record label, to capture the magic touch of dance and music..... ------- and we all shine on. Johnathan Thurston Tribute, Johnathan Dean Thurston (born 25 April 1983 in Brisbane, Queensland) is an Indigenous Australian professional rugby league footballer in the NRL with the North Queensland Cowboys whom he co-captains (along with Matthew Scott).[1] An Australian international and Queensland State of Origin representative halfback and goal-kicker, he is also a two-time Dally M Medal and one-time Wally Lewis Medal winner. Thurston started his career at the Bulldogs with whom he won the 2004 NRL premiership before moving to the North Queensland Cowboys in 2005, playing in that year's grand final. In 2008 he was named as halfback of the Australian Aboriginal rugby league team of the century.

I faked putting on a record, after playing "Hey Jude" (Beatles) and "China Grove" (Doobies), and plugged my acoustic into a double ganged set of vintage Pignose amps and reminisced about those early streets where the pizza is particularly punk and saints lead you to playgrounds of eros and thought-magicks. The bartender, an old fast-folk flyabout from Beck's NYC in-search-of-the-secret-of-Pussy-Galore days, recorded the jam, titled "Orchard Street," on his 1984 Sony Walkman WM-D6C Pro and Fed Ex'd the tape to Beck's LA hideout. The National Rugby League Judiciary tonight (Wednesday, 22 June 2011) has found NOT GUILTY North Queensland Cowboys and Queensland Maroons Halfback Johnathan Thurston of any wrong-doing and also is free to play in the upcoming Round 16 clash in the NRL and also cleared to play in Game III in the 2011 State of Origin Series. The Judiciary started from 6PM to review the situation from the Round 15 match when Thurston made contact with NRL Referee Matt Cecchin in the Cowboys 30-10 win over the New Zealand Warriors. The verdict came after the reading of referee Matt Cecchin's match report, and statements from Thurston and his legal represenative who filed the claim to be cleared which was successful. Harris first appeared on record as the featured vocalist with the Lamplighters in 1953. Indeed, he recorded with the Lamplighters, one of the many groups on the early R&B scene in South Central Los Angeles, throughout the early 1950s. The group later evolved into the Tenderfoots, then the Sharps. The Sharps—without Harris—went on to become The Rivingtons, who achieved fame with the single "Papa-Oom-Mow-Mow". Harris is widely regarded as a one-hit wonder, who popularized the song "Little Bitty Pretty One", written by Bobby Day, and sung by Harris in 1957, with the Sharps.[4] It reached #6 on the US Billboard Hot 100. On day six, I woke up in the back of a Volkswagen I kept on the rooftop of my old apartment on Lafayette St., knowing that I had to catch a flight back to the west coast before Beck started putting up new posters in his studio, as that was something I really wanted to have a hand in decision-wise. I dressed in a ratty old blue sailor outfit I had stashed in the front end boot and walked through the first light snow wondering, wondering, wondering if it were just a dream that I was kidnapped and set free only to wander in search of my heart-thief. I sat down on a park bench and wrote the song "In Silver Rain with a Paper Key." I recorded it with my cigarette-mic, which by its distinct proximity to my mouth and the inflection caused by the lip-grip on the mic's "filter" I was able to capture the essence of strangers falling in love. I stuck the smoked mic behind my ear and hailed a cab to JFK. From forthcoming album called Demolished Thoughts, out on May 23/24 via Matador Records.
