Baccahe - Tiresias, Cadmus and Pentheus
Tiresias, the famous prophet, arrives in Thebes to celebrate the rites of the new god Dionysus. He seeks out his old friend Cadmus, the former king of the city. Cadmus and Tiresias are about to depart to the moutain when Pentheus returns home. Pentheus, who has rejected all this talk of a 'new god' humiliates the old men, and argues against the worship of Dionysus, and so blasphemes the new gods name. Tiresias and Cadmus, old and powerless, retire to the house, and agree to make offerings to try and placate the gods in light of Pentheus' outrageous behaviour.

In the previous UAlbany's Theatre department production, Antigone directed by Chad Larabee, I played Tiresias. From the production, I received some ideas, and I choreographed it for the Dionyus festival. "War" is continuing, and people are confused. "fear" and "Death" There are many souls in the war field.... People killed each other. Sad, and Anger,,, What can she do as a seer? What can she show people? How can we live in this chaos? You know the answer.
