Uploaded by churchmn on Sep 6, 2008 Unocal proposed building the Trans-Afghanistan Pipeline to congress in 1998 to provide oil and natural gas to several Asian markets. Regardless of their stated intentions, they had to pull the ruling Taliban away from agreements they had with the Bridas Corp to convince them to sign on with Unocal instead (which eventually got backing from the US government). Enter Iran as the new kid on the block. They offered a pipeline to cross the southern part of Pakistan which would cover less harsh territory and cause far fewer tribal disputes over pumping oil and gas to India and Pakistan. Do you see a potential conflict here? I find it interesting that none of this information has ever been covered by the American news media. It took a while, but I found an Indian news source that DID discuss their pending oil deal with Iran and Pakistan. (Fortunately, it's in english.) It seems the only thing holding up the deal are the changes in Pakistan's government (and the fact that we've pushed them into a civil war). The policies of our administration seem to be geared toward protecting Unocal's (now Chevron's) interests by backing up the construction of the Trans-Afghan Pipeline with military forces. The only way our military can do that safely is by committing genocide since the local tribes don't want us there. The war on terror is a fraud perpetrated on the American people so they would willingly pay for a business venture in Afghanistan. I'm not saying 9-11 didn't happen, and I'm not suggesting Al Qaida was not involved. I'm saying, however, that Kahlid Sheik Mohamed is going on trial for the very thing our media blamed on Osama Bin Laden as George W. Bush declared the Taliban were harboring terrorists. (He later declared they WERE terrorists...a slight play on words.) The problem with his logic was that the Taliban did NOT attack us on 9-11, and they were the legitimate government of Afghanistan when he wined and dined them in Houston on behalf of Unocal. Bush was trying to establish an agreement by which Unocal could build the Trans-Afghan Pipeline across their country. (The BBC was the only news organization which covered the event.) Unfortunately, a company called Bridas Corporation from Argentina had beaten them to the punch and procured a contract for a similar pipeline. To get them out of the way meant Unocal (and Bush) had to undermine that deal and the Taliban government as well. China was ready to build the export terminal in Balochistan, and the Asian markets were wide open. (Besides that, China is oil deficient, and they already owned the largest portion of our national debt along with the countless loans they'd made to our government.) The rest, as they say, is history.

Why the Afghan War is a Corporate Fraud
Thanks to RubberWilbur for alerting me to this video. The proposed Trans Afghan Pipeline (TAP) was recently renamed as the Turkmen/Afghan/Pak/India pipeline (TAPI) because of a change in direction which will avoid the Taliban stronghold of Waziristan. US troops can't protect a pipeline in Pakistan's most dangerous province, so the plans have changed, and the pipeline will now go across Pakistan and into India. In other words, they're still planning to build it. This is why American troops were sent to invade Afghanistan in the first place. (Anyone who believes we're chasing Osama Bin Laden, or even that he's still alive, should see my other videos on that subject.) Benazir Bhutto told us Bin Laden was dead (then she was killed a month later), and recently her husband, President Zadari, said the same thing to an oblivious audience on American TV. No one seems to remember that OBL denied responsibility for the 911 attacks immediately after they happened. Unfortunately, his response was played down by our media, yet we're putting Kahlid Sheik Mohamed on trial for the very same thing we blamed Bin Laden for. These wells are located in the East Coyote Field in Fullerton, Ca. They appear to be Lukfin conventional units. Hole 29 produced 970 bbl/year in 2008 (API# 05905346). Where Hole 49 produced 1748 (API# 05905356). They are operated by Breitburn Energy LP. These used to be owned and operated by Union/Unocal 76, as witnessed by the UNION 76 decal on Hole 29. UNION 76 used to be a key player in the oil industry around the Fullerton/Brea area. Today, most wells are under many different leases and operators. Hole 29 is the first well shown, 49 is the second shown.
