Not affecting anyone personally, but for future reference, I never really intended for this to be judged against anything. I mostly played for fun, and recored scenes as I went along. I just put stuff up for people to reflect back and watch a few clips from the game, nothing serious really. lol The epic showdown between Sora and Xaldin. Xaldin stole Beast's precious rose that unlocks his true nature. Sora chases Xaldin down and ends up in this cataclysmic showdown. To Note: -Video lags 4:30 min. in... it did that during gameplay too. The capture card couldn't handle it all I guess. Video returns to normal stream after a minute or so (or fast forward to 5:15), so don't wory ^_^;; -Fought Xaldin in Proud mode, no restarts. Yes, boys and girls, its my 200th video spectacular. All I had to do was ignore Youtube for months because I'm lazy as hell. Anyway, my original intent came from a suggestion from Namine4628 who wanted to see an Axel vs Axel fight. The problem I found is that since Axel absorbs fire, all of his attacks are negated on enemy Axel. So I had to settle for the next best thing. Here is Axel vs Xaldin. I did this for two reasons: One, they look cool when they fight. Two, he's the easiest enemy to view with Sora as the cameraman. The others would have not worked so well. But this fight does have its tough parts to view properly. Xaldin is invincible when he surrounds himself with wind, negating half of Axel's attacks. Xaldin can be patterned when Axel hits him. 90% of the time, Xaldin does a spear sweep move that Sora has to jump over to avoid. the other 10%, which also happens if Xaldin walks towards you, is a Spear lunge at Sora. This is really quick and kept catching me off-guard. Sometimes, it turns Sora around, so I miss the fight. Truth be told,even after all that time fighting, Axel only does about 1 HP bar of damage. He was programmed to fight nobodies. Sure, I could have had him fight Xaldin alone, save for the finishing move that Sora needs to do to end the fight, but then you would have a 60 min movie, and my account only does 10 min limits. This is me playing Kindgom Hearts II for Playstation 2. Now that I'm doing a second playthrough of KH2 (Not a low level this time), I feel like uploading at least one boss fight I didn't get to upload last playthrough. This is the Xaldin boss fight in Beast's Castle. Many consider this one of the hardest Orginization XIII fights, however, it's actually pretty easy if you know what you're doing. Here's a few tips for people who have trouble. The trick is to not recklessly engage Xaldin in combat. Doing so will end up with you dead in less than 10 seconds, since he has wind guarding him that do pretty decent damage. His main slashing attacks do huge damage and could two hit kill you. At the beginning of the fight, parry his first attack by using Guard. This will cause him to be stunned for about 2 seconds, with a new reaction command called "Learn" showing up. Mash the Triangle button until you got as many jumps as you can (6-10 is good). "Attack" should be replaced with "Jump x#" now. Simply press X as many times as you can until the jumping stops. These do huge damage to Xaldin and stun him nicely. After you used up the jumps, back away as he will probably try to counter you. If he jumps towards you, parry with Guard quickly to gain more chances to get Jump. If he jumps up in the air, get ready to run around, as he will start dropping on top of you. If you're slick, you can gain Jumps from this too. After you knock him down to two and a half life bars, he gains new <b>...</b>

This is Part 91 of my Kingdom Hearts II Walkthrough Xaldin is like my worst enemy. He is truly my counterpart. As you can see I really messed up twice in this battle: - The first time at 0.56. Where I was to slow, but atleast it gave me the chance to deal some "easy" damage with King Mickey. - The second time is at the end of the battle. I hoped that the limit "Howling Moon" would do enough damage to finish him of, which it didn't. With all 5 ether's beeing used up it would have a sertent death. Lucky for me I hadn't used micky before so the changes of him rescuing me where still in my favor. Using a drive form at the end of the battle was also a recless move, as I knew the changes of getting the Anti form where high. Now some hints to defeat Xaldin: 1) Its all about stocking up the "Jumps". Around 2.40 you'll see the best technick to stock up the maximum of 9 Jumps in a sort period of time. 2) Its also adviced to have only one move behind the square button. You can either put the abitlity Guard or Quick run (wich you learn by training the wisdom form). Havening both could be an option, but the change of activating the wrong move isn't worth taking the risk. 3) Remember that Mickey could always ready to help you (the change of getting mickey depence on the total number of times that mickey already saved your butt. Wich in my case was still Zero) 4) USe your limits wisely, activating one means your invisible until the limit ends. So you can use it so protect yourself from <b>...</b>

Difficulty:Critical Lv:99 a very tough battle, although JUMP can make great damage to him, but when he is nearly dead you barely have chance to LEARN without taking damage, i had tried many times untill luck finally came to me.

Here is the Xaldin battle guide video. Most people agree Xaldin is harder than Demyx, even though they're both not too bad. This boss also may be the first boss many newcomers die against, since if you even try to attack him head on, he will make very short work of you. Anyways, Xigbar would be the next one. I haven't started on his yet, but it should be out in a couple days. As stated in the video, I purposely do NOT show methods to beat Xaldin by Drives, Limits, abusing Reflect, OR using Mickey. Drives are risky, because the chances of going anti-form against Org members are way higher. Limits use up precious MP, abusing Reflect is cheap and shows no skill. And I don't mention having Mickey save you, since if you already have had Mickey save you a lot of times up to this point, he may not show up, meaning you get a game over anyway. Not to mention it makes you feel better inside beating Xaldin without Mickey's help, right? Once again, WMM frustrated me. Why oh why must it freeze randomly during preview watches? Anyone want to sugguest a better video editor? I do apologize for the few parts where it's hard to read a couple words. I had it as pink originially, but after I compiled the movie, WMM for SOME reason decided to distort the text so it became even harder to read than it was in the first place. Finally, a restricted Xaldin Data fight. I'll admit, I hate this fight, it's not fun. But I have been wanting to restrict it. What are the new retrictions? Mostly no magic. Here are the rules: No Damage No Magic/Reflega/Magnega! No Drive No Limit No Item No Summons No using stat boosts No Armor No Accesories You may use any keyblade you want. Only have any of the following abilities equipped: *Guard *Horizontal Slash/Air Side Slash *Aerial Sweep *Aerial Spiral *Aerial Dive Aerial Finish *High Jump LV3 *Quick Run Lv3 *Dodge Roll Lv3 *Aerial Dodge LV3 *Glide LV3 *Scan *Combo Master Combo Plus (if you want, I wouldn't recommend it) *Air Combo Plus (if you want, I would recommend it) *Reaction Up *Finishing Plus (only can be obtained in FM at LV1) ---- I tried lots of different ways to try to figure out his final form to use without magic. Finally today I give it another try on stickam and I explain how easy it is to do for the first two forms, and then it clicks in. DISTANCE, is the key. You handle the final form the exact same way. The only difference is instead of using Guard, you use High Jump + Aerial Dodge + hovering Glide. Distance is the only way you can trigger Xaldin to do that, else he'll just teleport infinitely saying "SORA!" the entire time. Someone called Guy on Stickam informed me you can just Quick Run Xaldin at the beginning to interrupt his attacks. Here's the Xaldin one. His first form is so freaking easy it's unbelievable. I got a no damage on that nearly 100% of the time. If you use the right amount of Jumps at the right time, you can knock off all but one and a half bars of HP before he goes into his final form. His final form is where it gets tough. The only way I could seem to block his teleport is to use Reflect so it stuns him. Unfortunately, if I try to combo him while he's stunned, he'll counter with his invincible combo that would hit me. So the only way to hit him is to get Jumps from that strike down move he does. Again I used an Ether, but I didn't really have much of a choice. Also I once again unequipped Donald and Goofy of all their abilities. It's actually pretty funny to watch them continually run into Xaldin's wind shield. But yea, the narrow path of the battle field makes this a tough fight to avoid his attacks without getting hit. Here's the wind Dragoon, Xaldin. This fight isn't as hard as it is farking annoying. The first half is fine: use his RC to damage him the most (its hard to do physical attacks because of his wind shield). The trouble starts when he down to 3 HP bars. He busts out his desperation move, the wind dragon, over and over. And over and over and over. And over. Its annoying as hell and makes the fight longer. And since I'm not doing as much damage as normal, it just drags out the fight. The worse is when he does it immediately after doing it. Its just a waste of time and file size. Avoiding it is easy. Afterwards, he teleoprts into you doing big damage and his RC prompt comes up less. This is why I did the limit break again; I wanted to end the fight already since he was just going to do wind dragon yet again. Blizzard kill. Riku gets the most damage from Xaldin in this fight. I swapped Goofy to be a save point and fought the battle normally. Then when I got to Xemnas, I simply saved. When I access the save, its just an empty room. Xaldin was a rather easy Data fight at LV1. Not much changes from his regular fight. The only real difference is that Reflega no longer breaks his wind shield, only Jump can. The beginning of the fight is only a slight difference. Xaldin will shoot 3 of his energy balls at you. After that, then the entire first form is exactly the same. The next form is a bit more difficult. Spamming Reflega during his teleporting will get you killed. Instead, you need to High Jump + Aerial Dodge at the right time to avoid getting hit and wait for him to do the jumping up move so you can grab Jumps. Using Magnega at the right time will stop his teleporting and most likely force him into the move easier. You don't have to use it though, I'm pretty sure. Use Guardian Soul to do more damage during Jump. I'll probably put restrictions on this at another time. There's not much more you can do though, besides maybe Kingdom Key and no magic/item. More fun. Here is Final Form Sora against two Xaldin at Disney Castle. The two keyblades are Fenir and Ultima Weapon. The music is so anti-battle, but I haven't figured out how to change the music (if anyone could help, much appreciated). This area is huge and makes for great manuevering. No Trinity limit here, just some good fashion button mashing. Thundaga is great to use here. This fight is fun because Xaldin and Sora have weapons floating around them (and they hurt when touched). Xaldin is the org member most common KH players have the most trouble with. It is because this is the guy that if you ever try to button mash again, you'll die, any difficulty mode (except maybe beginner). But he's actually very easy. He has a predictable pattern. So here is my LV1 no damage version. Of course, I didn't restrict myself as much as Apul did, but I don't have Horizontal Slash yet, since I haven't done Port Royal, so I really couldn't anyway. But I'm keeping a save slot before him so I can do it eventually. Right now I want to continue on. As for the actual fight. Reflect works perfect during his teleporting at the last part, but that would have made it too easy. So I just jumped until he was open. As for dodge rolling his beam move. It feels weird. It pushes against you yet you don't get hit. I found that pretty weird. If you're really bad at this fight, I'd suggest holding off on Xaldin until you complete other worlds. I've always heard that having three different Organization members in a fight wouldn't work... Well it does work... kind of but it's very limited. Only Xemnas, Xigbar, Xaldin and Axel work in a one vs three fight. I'm guessing the others make it freeze because they bring extra memory to the filed for example Demxys water clones or Luxords dice and cards which are not part of there models and that extra memory just can't be handled. I'm sure other Organization members from final mix might work is well like Marluxia and maybe Larxene. Also Sora works fine in these battles. I just like using Roxas. Music is from Final Fantasy 6 'Dancing Mad' For codes you need to go to KH-vids.net and go to the code vault and ask or search for them there. Cheat disk is required I used AR MAX.

A hack fight with the Organisation's Big 3, Xemnas, Xigbar and Xaldin. It was fun but, very glitchy. Xigbar can make you fall off the stage and cause an infinite fall, just use Trinity Limit to get back up. If you see any jump cuts, don't worry I just edited out the parts where I go into an infinite fall and the glitchy Face down command.

This was a user request video from DarkTien770. This can either be a super easy fight or a slight challenge. Depends how fast you want to end it. The thing that sucks is Cloud, no matter WHERE you fight him, always seems to have half a bar of HP...which makes this fight suck. If I pull off any finishers on the ground, it could easily equal an instant win, since you only need to defeat one boss to win the boss fight. Xaldin on the other hand, gains many more bars of HP in the fight. And you don't get to grab jumps too often to attack him. And Sephiroth is just as tricky as usual. I won so easily because Cloud jumped in the middle of my finisher on Sephiroth while in the air. :(

Not as insane (and insanely good) as some of the restriction fights posted by Bizkit047 and apulapul2000, but its the best I got. So here is low HP Sora with no abilities equipped. The only two are Scan (just to see the HP gauge) and Lucky Lucky (which helps zero in this fight). I tried to lower his strength, magic and defense, but unlike HP, it goes down to the lowest amount possible for that level. Also, the other characters have no abilities. Sora and Goofy are equipped with the weakest weapons they got (Sweet Memories and Knight's Shield). Can't do the same with Beast. I do have recover items, but they aren't refilled and I still use reflect (since Guard is out of the question). So, how to do this with Xaldin? SPAM JUMP! Even with a weak weapon, it still does nice damage with the reaction command. I leave his death in the video because its one of the best. To prove this restriction, I show my stats at the end (but couldn't skip the Chipmunk cutscene, oh well). Please comment, rate and enjoy.
