Network Description: "Chase DeLuca, an enterprising 24-year-old, makes his living as a computer consultant, but his real passion is music. For the past two years, he has been living with his parents in their three-bedroom, three-bath, 1350-square-foot condo in Sun Valley, Calif. He has enjoyed his folks' hospitality, but at 24, he really feels it's time to leave the nest. He has a budget in the $500000 to $600000 range. Because he hopes to have several roommates to help with the mortgage, he hopes to get at least four bedrooms, three baths and 2000 square feet. Also on the wish list is a kitchen big enough to accommodate two refrigerators, one for him and a backup for his hungry 20-something pals.
