One thing I left out of the video that is VERY important, always, always use sunscreen on your face, neck, chest area and ears. You don't want "leather" looking ears holding your earrings, they're skin too, put lotion on them as well after you put your vitamin c on. Use sunscreen even if you're not going outside, the rays come through the windows. I use Neutrogena Ultra Sheer 100, I have used Neutrogena for years, it gives me no problems, but use what works for you. I have never had any professional work done on my face, no facelift, no laser treatments, no facials, no dermabrasion, nothing, it's all me :) I'll be making another video this week, a little more about skin care, but mostly about diet and how it affected my appearance. The amount I use has made a HUGE difference in my skin, even slowly fading my pregnancy mask. It also clears up pimples really well, without dangerous chemicals. Ever notice how celebrities who have access to the most expensive stuff and treatments, get special facials, etc., really age quickly? The less you do to your face, the better. I'm not one of those women who care about big name products, using them ...
