Akagi Party is just an awesome piece. I love especially the jazzy feeling in the middle... I needed many many trials to get a good recording since there are some difficult parts like the fast octaves or the septuplets and octuplets which drove me really crazy... Hope you like my recording though messed up last run^^

The Gang over at MindHead Media was privileged enough to be a part of an evening of Jazz at the University Of California, Irvine. Kei Akagi on piano, Michael Dessen on trombone, and Darek Oles on bass, all provided a night of enchanting melodies and colorful instrumental improvisations. Okay. So, I started this yesterday morning and figured that I'd work on it for an hour or so, and maybe do a bit more today, and finish it up when I get back from my trip to Wyoming in two weeks.
