Want further proof that American Idol's Lauren Alaina and Scotty McCreery aren't dating? When Alaina, 16, smooched McCreery, 17, after his Idol win May 25, it wasn't only planned, but Alaina was dared to do it! "Scotty's like my best friend," the singer told Us Weekly during a post-finale visit to our New York City offices May 31. "There is absolutely no attraction between the two of us. My hairdresser dared me to kiss Scotty if I lost, so I kissed him. But it wasn't on the lips! No biggie." McCreery -- who says his runner-up is "like [my] sister" -- tells Us he was in on the joke.
