The enclosure is designed as part of the machine frame, which adds to its strength and rigidity. Capable of rapid speeds of over 500ipm, and cuts wood at over 200ipm. Has about a 16" x 16" cutting area. It is belt driven on the X and Y axes, with an acme leadscrew on the Z axis. It is powered by 276 oz/in stepper motors, with a Xylotex drive. Here it is milling aluminum. It is cutting 3/16" thick 6061-T6 aluminum plate with a 1/4" end mill, using a laminate trimmer as a spindle. The machine is robust enough to accurately mill aluminum with no chatter or vibrations. Accuracy is dead on, with each successive pass lining up exactly with the previous one. No lost steps, no backlash, just effortless cutting of aluminum parts.

I also had contacted many toshiba phone numbers to find out why there was aluminum even though its well advertised as copper. i was given the run around and had to play word games with there esclated tech department then I finally got in contact with EP Notebook PR Manager for Toshiba Information Services. we started talking May 4th, he agreed it should have been copper, then calls back later that day to say it could be few things to make the copper look silver, in the vid you can clearly see it looks like pop can aluminum material i sent him a bunch of emails with info and a few jokes. and several calls since then. As of friday 5:30pm i have gotten a reply from him saying he is awaiting japan for an answer, i told him about the video here. i forgot about GW in Japan, I see a few fixs to fix this for all i will psot those soon. here... The Amorsuit PC-P50 takes this formula and delivers an professional looking mid-tower, that employs superb craftsmanship and elegant aesthetics into one simple package. The case offers its unique, completely tool-design that makes the installation process very smooth. They have added cable management spacing in most of the right areas to allow for clean internals that won't inhibit airflow, and have eliminated all the sharp edges which is a common complaint with the thin material of an aluminum case. Temperatures are kept in check by two 140mm exhaust fans, along with the usual 120mm intake and exhaust units and they have added dist filters over the front panel for easy cleaning. The only downside to the case was that Lian-Li reverted back a front-to-back mounted hard drive system. In a smaller case this means that the drive cage needs to be pulled out of the front and really puts a wrench in the quick and smooth installation process; it;s bound to cause a bit of hassle when adding hard drives later on. We would also have liked to see more than just three hard drives. Ultimately the case rings in at around $200, which isn't unreasonable for an aluminum mid-tower, but it isn't cheap either.
