I'm working to put up originals this December. The world's situation in relation to these lyrics scares me. The new lyrics sort of just came to me, but I worked hard on putting up this video just in response to the outrageous rant of that girl; her name doesn't deserve to be said because of her ignorance. But now that I'm listening to the words of the RHCP I'm kind of moved and scared at the same time for the world. I hope you hear what I hear in these lyrics. They fit so well here. Sorry for the bad quality. But when controversy equals popularity it IS Californication. This song and the original rant were at the time of Japanese tsunami, and like the lyrics to the original song "Tidal waves couldn't save the world from Californication." I hope to move to China or somewhere else in Asia someday. Please THUMB UP if you like my song and want me to move to Aisa. I also wish to get more views than that girl, not for popularity, but on principle.

after watching "asians in the library," and many subsequent postings in response, i wrote this. rather than attack alexandra wallace for her thoughts, i decided to write a persona piece in her voice, as a means to address some of the greater issues revealed in her rant. in the end, this poem isn't really about her and what she said, but more the thoughts and beliefs people hold, without considering the entire history that may have led them to think and believe in the manner that they do. my hope is that we can all use this moment to recognize that we all need to improve our ability to understand and share this world with each other. this is just a small contribution to furthering that conversation. thank you for listening.
