We had an "ice storm" this week and I had to close the studio. I wanted to give everyone a workout they could do at home w/ just a staircase and towel. 3 rounds. You chose your rep range: 40/30/20-advanced, 30/20/10-intermediate,20/10/5-beginner. Run your staircase 10x between each round. Exercises: Elevated cross jacks right, R arm taps w/ R "T" rotation, elevated cross jacks left, L arm taps w/ L "T" plank rotation, burpees w/ box hop, elevated straight arm towel pulls, sliding crunches. I did the 40/30/10 rep range and did the first round of 40s in under 17 minutes! It's a good sweat! :)
