A message to Real Madrid players. Since Mourinho became the coach of Real Madrid, every time they lose and at the very last second we witness a hard tackle from Madrid's side followed by a red card and an argument. What added offence to injury is that "accepting the defeat without envy" is part from Real Madrid's official hymn. Although I am a Barcelona fan, I am wondering about their great history and prestige in Spain & Europe generally; and here the question is: Are these deeds fitting to great teams? Read this because maybe it will answer some of the comments and wonders: I am not saying Barcelona players & coach are angels, we do have our bad times throughout history like when someone reacts brutally on a referee and so on. However, In Barcelona, you'll never see one of our players pushing Mourinho, nor Guardiola putting his finger into someone's eyes. Obviously, there's good tackles and bad tackles, I am blaming Real Madrid players for the "intended" bad tackles, not only bad ones, these coming from Marcelo, Pepe & Sergio Ramos. credit to kumisatoh, the source of this vid this is a 2010 Asian Games Men's Football Match Group A in Guangzhou China vs Malaysia the referee of the match Ben Williams from Australia a clearly one-sided refereeing for the host nation's team by the referee when he let loose 3 red cards and loads of yellows to the Malaysian with the host Nation (even with those rough tackles) no card whatsoever...kinda obvious right?? 1st red card : he received his first yellow on the 2ND MINUTE!!! when he should have just been warned, for the second yellow u can see clearly in the replay, the player saw another ball had been thrown in so its just obvious to kick another ball away, n the ref called it for time wasting..what a joke and and that time, only 24 minutes had passed, TIME WASTING?? 2nd red card: he's the captain of the team so isn't obvious to question the decision of the referee especially when he called it wrong? A clip from Bob Mills' "Heroes & Villains of The World Cup". Rijkaard was involved in an unsavoury incident with Rudi Völler when West Germany played the Netherlands in the 1990 World Cup. Rijkaard was booked for a bad tackle on Völler, as Rijkaard took up position for the free kick he spat in Völler's hair. Völler complained to the referee and was booked as well. From the resulting free kick, Völler then dived, according to himself to avoid a collision with Dutch keeper Hans van Breukelen, while others, notably Rijkaard and van Breukelen, saw it as a dive in hopes for a penalty. Van Breukelen was angry at this but Rijkaard again confronted Völler by twisting his ear and stamping on his foot. Both Völler and Rijkaard were sent off but Rijkaard again spat in Völler's hair as they left the pitch.
