Hi guys, this tutorial will show you how to make a flower hair bow out of your own hair. This highly requested hairstyle can be achieved on medium to long hair. You can view the original picture here: justbebexo.tumblr.com It didn't look like bobby pins were used in the original hairstyle but I played around with the flowers for a while and this was the best recreation I was able to do. Hope you enjoy anyway. :) *Important: To remove the elastic hair tie, simply snap or break it off and it will unravel on its own. Don't try to undo it because it will tug your hair and you might end up with a bald spot! lol I kid. If you're an expert at french braiding, you'll be able to do this in no time. To do this braid on yourself, I would direct the lace braids to one side and gather all the braids into a side ponytail. This is a classic 1960's hairstyle inspired by Audrey Hepburn in the film called Breakfast at Tiffany's. This is my take on the hairstyle she sported in the opening scene. (This was my first attempt and I totally winged it. Next time, I would probably omit the french twist.) I had a few requests for 60's hairstyles so I hope you like this one because it's almost like a mini beehive. This hairstyle will work on people with medium to long hair. If you don't have a lot of hair, you can use "bump-its" to create the bun. :) And yes, Sammy is wearing leather gloves and smoking a makeup brush.. lol.
