This video shows the final steps to the battery box fabrication. I added aluminum panels to the frame. This makes it look really nice and protects the batteries and wiring from the weather. It also makes the battery box look like an integral part of the bike and not like a mad science project gone bad. The next step is to make a lid. This will completely cover the top to make it look complete. The lid is a complex shape and requires bending. The final steps are to solder the internal battery charging connector that will connect the external one to the internal battery charging connector. I could have wired it directly but having connectors allow the batteries to be removed easily. Wenzhou, China features a courageous man who turned his bicycle into a weapon against purse snatchers fleeing on their motorized scooter. Surveillance video shows a man coming to a stop and calmly dismounting his bicycle. Been working on it for past 4 days and didnt bother to film because i just want to finish it quick. The engine was off of my POS 33CC bandit Scooter I traded like a week ago and since it was so slow I used the engine on my old bike. The gear box helped alot in the build but after making this vid, the engines head bolts got loose and died about a km from my house LOL!! Luckily there was no major damage and only needed lock tight, new gasket and a honing since there was some small scoring on the exhaust side because it was running lean. Max speed is 20MPH/30KM

This is an extended version video of my buddy's bike. Some new footage has been added to this one. THe bike has lots of chrome along with air lift suspension, DVD player, PSP, spinner rims, extended swing arm with a 300 rear tire and two nitrous bottles located on the sides. We've put some blue and white LED's all around. The "Suzuki" and "1000" stickers were cut out to mount lights behind them shining through colored plexiglass. The only thing left is to get the "R" lighted red.
