I can't believe I went 7 months without using heat!!! It really benefited my hair. I can see a difference in it. It holds moisture a lot better. I'm currently 18 weeks post relaxer. Not sure when I will relax again. I wanted to be waist length by February but my body is all out of wack and I can't tell where my waist is right now. I do want to grow another couple of inches by December 2012!!
