It takes time and patience but the results are worth it. You do not need to disinfect the skin with blackheads as bacteria are not the issue here - instead focus on exfoliating the skin and more importantly the pore. Below are a list of BHA products that have the correct pH level to actively work on the problem. For those with very sensitive skin I've included two products from clinique that contain 0.5% BHA at a pH of 4.5 (ish) ... These will be gentler on the skin than the other options which have lower pH levels and higher 1-2% BHA. Use a gentle cleanser that doesn't strip the skin and UNLESS you have dry or combination skin you don't need to moisturise. BUT all skins require sunscreen and these are normally moisturising enough. Retin-a is a product you should look into as it can regulate how the skin produces new skin cells - making them healthier, smoother and less likely to breakout. Not everyone can tolerate Retin-a but it's worth trying. All skins require sunscreen especially when using AHA/BHA and/or Retin-a. Be kind to your skin. I've been meaning to make this video 4 quite some time now, it has been requested and finally got around to it..Yes, there is a "right" way to pick at ur face (haha!!) Just wanted to mention and get the point across, that yes, if all u had at hand is a thumb tack, then by all means, kill off the bacteria and use it...i could not find any needles and did not have any lancets at hand...lancets are the way to go, because they come individually wrapped, so not need to sanitize.... also to make extractions easier, u can purchase an extractor also and that will make those hard to get areas a little easier, or just keep it old school and use u fingers..!!

These appear before other signs of puberty at about age 10. The first event is the increase in production of oil by the sebaceous glands. The face and scalp become oily. Black heads or white heads first appear on the nose. Latter they form on the forehead, cheeks and finally to the chin. The chest and back may or may not be involved but these are the last areas affected. Comedones also form in and behind the ears. Closed comedones are the first to appear. The pores of some may dilate and become open comedones or blackheads. Lesion may be few or numerous giving the surface a studded appearance. The disease may then progress with some closed comedones evolving into papules, pustules and cysts. It is common to see patients with all of these lesions present in a single area. White round micros cysts called milia look like closed comedones. These are commonly found about the eyes or anywhere on the face. They are more common in older patients who have photodamaged skin. Large or small blackheads and whiteheads may be found lateral to the eyes in older people. Sun damage destroys the structural integrity of the collagen and the follicles expand to form large unsightly blackheads.

Okay, so this is another easy one. Take a lemon, cut it in half, then into quarters. Take a quarter and rub the flesh (not the skin) on your problem areas. If you dont have a lemon, try bottled real lemon juice and apply with a cotton ball. It might sting a little, but that shows that its working :) It is supposed to lighten acne scarring, dissolve blackheads, and reduce pimples. Enjoy, and good luck!

With that said this mod is very very easy to do. I suggest getting some more sealant and make sure the creases are sealed to prevent moisture from coming in. The video doesn't say, but I would suggest heating the headlights in the oven for 10 mins at 150-175 degrees on a cookie sheet (aluminum fold is fine too). Take it out and start pulling at the edges and reheat as needed to get the glue hot. Sorry for the quality.
