Jan 29, 2011: This video was taken after the 4th service visit to fix the car in 3 months. Car has approx 35000kms. Postings on the Web show that the cold start problem is common. The car stalls after about 1min. I am told by BMW when I raised my concerns that, the car is in proper working order. Watch the video and see if it is proper. The stalling problem, on Jan 6, 2011 almost resulted in me being in a serious accident as it occurred when I crossed a busy intersection - car stalled right in the middle and two cars almost smashed right into me. Have seen other posting with the problem. BMW is aware of the problem. This problem could lead to accidents and serious injury or death. There is no re-call by BMW, despite being aware of the problem. In fact, I was told our car meets the Manufacturer specifications. This problem, which leads to a loss of power while driving, has similarities to the Toyota Gas Pedal problems. The Car has been in 4 times to fix this problem with a host of other problems as well. The Video is after the most recent service and after being told the car is in proper running order. and meets "Manufacturer Specifications". The 2007 mini Cooper that I own is a lemon. It has only 35000km. In addition to the Stalling problem, the Car has the well reported "Death Rattle" Which I have posted on Youtube. In addition, there has been malfunctioning defrost (re-occurring), malfunctioning power windows, malfunction warning lights, improperly installed trim that <b>...</b>
