PLAYLIST: www.youtube.com FAQ. Why do they think you sound like a girl? Is it your MIC? It is NOT my MIC. I have a very nice MIC which I actually used for many commentaries on this channel. The voice you hear, is what they hear as well. My theory is that many people do not expect a girl to be playing this video game or to be on the microphones. So they just automatically assume it is a gay guy or a little boy who sounds like a girl. HOW DO YOU FIND THESE GUYS? Finding boosters is not a very hard issue. Finding boosters with MICs who are going to talk is a lot harder. I enter and leave many lobbies looking for boosters with microphones. Most of the time the Boosters have muted everyone so they cannot hear me yell at them. Or they hear me and leave almost instantly. It takes a while to get lucky and actually speak to ones willing to look like complete idiots. I got the second set of footage in this video right away today. Probably my second game. The first set of footage I got about 2 hours later. It is a matter of luck. My win/loss ratio is 0.41 from looking from boosters. (I don't lose that much!!! LOL) It counts as a loss every time you leave a game. WHY DON'T YOU LIKE BOOSTING? I use to play a lot of free for all and lose games in which I had been doing very well in. Then someone would get a nuke and I would lose. I would be very annoyed because I'd know that that person who got the nuke had never once killed me. PLAYLIST: www.youtube.com You can see I am a bit irritable at that fact in this episode. I was trying to do some subscribers requests on FFA barebones games, and couldn't do any. SO instead, Boosters episode. Which works out since most people like these :) Many people asked me is barebones or boosting lobbies cheating since they aren't ruining anyones game play? If you make it into a boosting lobby... Then it is an issue. If I don't ever see someones boosting lobby because they get 8 people. Fine whatever. But for me to constantly be put in boosting lobbies when I want to play a normal match is ridiculous. I want to play the game for fun and there are these idiots ruining it. Like I said, I have not joined a game the past 2 days on FFA or barebones that did not have boosters. NO JOKE. That is fucked up. Anyways, why wouldn't I kill the boosters even if they aren't doing anything? Ex: Sitrep boosting.. I kill as many people in my FFAs as possible. Boosters are an easy multi-kill target because their location is easy to find. I should be able to kill them just as much as anyone else in the lobby. Just because they are boosting, that does not make them invincible like they and some other people seem to think. If you leave two boosters alone, essentially you are only fighting against 5 other people in the lobby. On big maps that is annoying. You will rarely run into anyone else. So, again, goodbye boosters. I have no idea why people would even ask me why I kill the boosters <b>...</b>

T-Rex: Tonebugs - New Sensewah, Booster, Fuzz & Totenschlager - together!
www.t-rex-effects.com Four little Tonebugs found their way on to my table this afternoon for a little hoedown. Here there are together and on their own, with a Les Paul and HIWATT amp. For the record, I really like the Booster (killer cleans), Fuzz (filthy and useable, as good fuzz should be) and Totenschlager (downright nasty rock and djent machine). The Sensawah is OK but might benefit from a circuit revision that makes it a little more dynamic, along the lines of the mighty Maxon AF-9. More soon, including the HOBO Drive (above class - excellent) and Gull Wah (still haven't given it a good run so no comment yet). Cheers, Brett K

Here is a short demo of how the HBE germania treble booster sounds going into the R3FX dual resistafier (green channel) unfortunately I forgot what the eq settings were, but I'm pretty sure I had a "mid hump" set.
