Luckily, there are many flavors to experiment with. This is the classic. To complete this How-To you will need: 4 extra large egg yolks An extra large egg 1 c. sugar, divided 3 c. heavy cream 1 tsp. vanilla extract 2-3 tbsp. softened butter Electric mixer with paddle (optional) 6 8-oz. ramekins (optional) Large baking or roasting pan (optional) Kitchen blowtorch (optional) Step 1: Mix eggs and sugar Preheat your oven to 300 degrees and bring a kettle of water to boil. Add the egg yolks, the egg, and ½ cup of the sugar to the mixer and blend on low speed until the ingredients are just combined. Step 2: Heat cream Gently heat the cream in a small saucepan over medium heat for 6 or 7 minutes, until bubbles start to form around the edge of the pan. Tip: Make sure the cream is not boiling or the brulee will taste burned. Step 3: Blend Slowly and gradually add the hot cream to the eggs and mix on low speed. Find this and many more recipes on the Giallozafferano App in English itunes.apple.com *** Hi and welcome to the GialloZafferano kitchen, today we'll be making together the crème brulee, a French classic spoon dessert: it's very delicate, refined and easy to prepare. Let's see together what ingredients we'll need: • ½ cup (125 ml) of milk • 2 cups (500 ml) of heavy cream • 2/3 cup (130 g) of sugar + 3 tbsp • 1 vanilla pod • 8 egg yolks Well, let's prepare together the crème brule! Begin by putting the milk and the cream in a small saucepan. Here is the vanilla pod, so cut it lengthwise, into half, scratch out the seeds and add them to the liquids. Allow it to steep and bring almost to a boil, after that turn off the heat. I've separated the egg whites from the yolks. So pour the 8 yolks, as said before, into a rather large bowl, add the sugar, 2/3 cup (130 g), and stir with a wooden spoon; there's no need to whisk, you only have to mix in this way. After heating slightly the milk with the cream and removing the vanilla pod, add the mixture to the yolks with the sugar. And blend everything well. All you have to do now is pour the resulting mixture into 6 small oven dishes like these, which hold about 5 fl oz (150 ml), so, I've already prepared 5 of them and now I'll fill the sixth one... here we are, now we'll cook them in a bain-marie, so put all the oven <b>...</b>

Join me on Facebook: www.facebook.com RECIPE: 1 Quart Heavy Cream 1 Vanilla Bean, or 1 Tsp Vanilla Extract 6 Egg Yolks ½ Cup Sugar Seed vanilla bean and add to heavy cream in a medium sauce pan with a lid. Cook on medium low for 15minutes, do not let boil. Turn off heat and cover, let sit for another 15minutes. In the meantime whisk together egg yolks and sugar till slightly lighter in color and slightly frothy. Slowly add cream to eggs, whisking continually until combined. Put mixture into 6 ramekins or bowls. Put in a water bath and cook on 325 for 40minutes. Remove and let cool, refrigerate for 2hrs or up to 3 days. When ready to serve remove from fridge for 30minutes, cover with 2 Tbs of sugar and torch or put under broiler to semi-burn sugar. ENJOY! Cooking Creme Brulee *You are making a custard technically, cooking a custard in a water bath allows it to cook evenly and stay moist. You can substitute vanilla extract for the vanilla bean. Creme Brulee is a classic French dessert. This recipe is super easy and can be made ahead, it is a do-ahead dessert. How to Torch Creme Brulee - With or Without a Torch


Join me on Facebook: www.facebook.com Finishing Creme Brulee with or without a kitchen torch or blowtorch RECIPE: 6 individual servings of Creme Brulee 2Tbs of white sugar per serving Kitchen torch or broiler in your oven Using your kitchen torch: Let your Creme Brulee come to room temperature. Take out if fridge 30minutes before serving. Sprinkle with 2 Tbs of sugar and tap around dish to create an even layer. Put your kitchen torch on high and go over the sugar until it is all melted and slightly brown. Stop and let sugar settle. Go over again until there are some burnt spots and the whole thing has a golden brown color. Using your broiler: Take Creme Brulee directly from the fridge. It will heat up a little bit in the over. If you dont have a kitchen torch you can use your broiler. Sprinkle the top of the Creme Brulee with 2 Tbs of sugar and tap around so it's even. Put your broiler on high and put Creme Brulee as close to the flame as possible, keep a close eye on it and turn if necessary. Remove when golden brown and slightly burnt and ENJOY!!

Here are the specs: 15/7 watt (half-power switch) 2 el84s EF86 preamp section (the DC-30 preamp) Boost Bright switches Bypassable master volume (the coolest feature) 6-way rotary tone switch Volume Effects loop Cut knob. It's basically a 15 watt DC-30 with only the EF86 side. Or, in other words, its like a lightning with an ef86 front end and a few extra knobs for tone shaping. I found my DC-30 to be too loud for most live situataions (but boy did it soune good), so I had Nik build me one of these to get the same sound at a lower volume.

I like this recipe even better than the previous Panna Cotta recipe I posted here on YouTube. (www.youtube.com Buttery Almond Creme Brulee 2 cups, Heavy Cream 1/2 cup Splenda, or liquid equivalent 1 tsp Vanilla Extract 4 Egg Yolks Pinch Salt Topping 1 oz Almonds, roughly chopped 1 TBS Butter 1 TBS Splenda 1. Heat Cream to almost boiling 2. Combine rest of the ingredients 3. Temper egg yolk mixture with heavy cream 4. Pour into 4 ramekins and bake at 350 degrees (25-30 minutes) Check every 5 minutes after that to ensure doneness. 5. Combine topping ingredients until browned (but not burnt) Nutrition Info: (4 servings) 514 Calories; 53g Fat; 6g Protein; 4.5g Carbs
