Remember Me by the Caravans
I'm back with my third and final video dedicated to the late Dr. Albertina Walker, the Queen of Gospel, who went home to glory this past Friday. A native of Chicago and member of the West Point Baptist Church, Walker is probably most well known for starting the group, the Caravans. Among many of its members were "The First Lady of Gospel" Pastor Shirley Caesar, "The World's Greatest Storyteller" Dorothy Norwood, Inez Andrews, Bessie Griffin, Casietta George, and the King of Gospel Music, the late Rev. James Cleveland. In 2006, Walker, along with Norwood, Andrews, and Washington reunited in the first recording of the Caravans since 1976, with the album, "Paved the Way". With the lead sung by Dorothy Norwood, the main song of the album was "Remember Me" I ask that you will continue to remember the legacy and work of Albertina Walker and that you will continue to pray for her family. This is Shirley Caesar's first recording session with the Caravans, beginning a career that would launch her, as well as fellow Caravans Inez Andrews, Albertina Walker, and Delores Washington into some of the most successful and influential solo gospel artists of the past 50 years (1958-2008).

The 3rd and 4rth generation dodge caravans Are notorious for developing loud and hard power steering. Most people think that it is either the pump or the rack but it is probably just the screen built into the power steering reservoir. Dodge uses inferior hoses that start to degrade after about 50000 miles and that material plugs the screen causing the pump to starve for fluid. Your best bet is to change the reservoir and hoses but this little fix should get you through another 50000 miles or so.

Country caravans, or according to those at Roulotte de Campagne, "Bohemian-style caravans" are back in style. "There's a fresh craze for these quaint mobile homes," declare the designers. Roulotte de Campagne has redesigned the circus caravan, country caravan or so-called gypsy caravan as a high-comfort way for city-dwellers to get away from it all and tap into their Bohemian spirit. "'Roulotte' gypsy caravans," they say, "epitomize freedom and the great outdoors". They can be rented in 80 locations across France for about 70 to 95 euros per night or bought for 33900 euros (this includes help marketing them as a B&B). Caroline of Hôtel Chai de la Paleine added one to the grounds of her home/chateau/hotel in the medieval village of Puy-Notre-Dame (in the Loire-Anjou-Touraine regional park). Each van is tested for about 30mins. A catchment system and filter is being currently worked on to recycle the water, though with the amount of rain lately the tanks have been continually overflowing.
