China Threatens World War Three If Anyone Attacks Iran 2011
A professor from the Chinese National Defense University says that China should not hesitate to protect Iran, even if it means launching world war three, as more US warships are dispatched to the region amidst heightening tensions. According to NDTV, a Chinese news station based outside the country, in regard to recent speculation that Iran would be the target of a US-Israeli military assault, Major General Zhang Zhaozhong commented that, "China will not hesitate to protect Iran even with a third world war," remarks described as "puzzling to some". The news report also quotes Professor Xia Ming as paraphrasing Zhaozhong's quote that, "not hesitating to fight a third world war would be entirely for domestic political needs." Now the situation has become a standoff as villagers have kicked out both local officials and police. That came after the suspicious death of one villager in police custody. Here's the latest. The over twenty-thousand residents of the village of Wukan in south China's Guangdong Province have expelled all local Communist Party authorities, including police, and blocked road access to the village. The British newspaper The Telegraph was able to get a journalist on the ground in Wukan on Tuesday. Malcom Moore called the current incident the first time on record that the Party has "lost all control" in a situation of "open revolt." This marks the latest escalation in an ongoing confrontation between villagers and local Communist Party officials they've called corrupt and abusive. For three months, Wukan residents have been staging occasional large-scale protests against a longstanding series of abuses committed by local Party officials. The villagers' biggest grievance was corrupt officials profiting from illegally selling the villagers' land. Ni Hao (Hello!) Warning: Ending may make you WTF lol... Note: This is called "a chinese girl look" but its not supposed to be just for chinese girls. It's just inspired by my culture and I wanted to celebrate by making a look to wear with a chinese dress. If people dress up as geishas for Halloween, why not chinese? ^^ This Halloween, I wanted to get in touch with my culture. If you guys don't know already, I am Chinese yes.This tutorial isn't about how to look chinese (obviously because if it is, I wouldn't need to make a tutorial on it because I'm already chinese -_- lol) but more of how you can wear your makeup to match your chinese dress (as costume) in an edgy way. Dark pink eyes are pretty tricky to pull off but when it's matched with a bold qi pao dress, it suddenly becomes sophisticated and sensual. I've always thought the qi pao was kind of sexy. It celebrates the curves of a lady and also a symbol of chinese pride so I wanted the look to reflect the essences of a qi pao which is a beautiful bold look that also looks feminine yet sensual. My mum picked my costume qi pao from ladys market lol. I wanted to get a red ones with sleeves but my mum thought pink would be cuter. I have actual proper qi paos but they're all back home in Northern Ireland. I was actually inspired to do this look thanks to my little sister. China's President Hu Jintao has sent a stark warning to neighbours and rivals, calling for the Chinese navy to "prepare for war".However the Chinese defence ministry said the comments were not aimed at any particular nation. Jintao's speech to military leaders in Beijing comes amid growing tension in the Asia-Pacific region. China claims all of the oil and gas rich South China Sea, as do 3 other countries. The US looking to boost its presence in the region has also come as a provocation for China.
