This is an updated version of the original video. While not at full resolution, it contains more photos, all the lyrics, and a music background. I'd appreciate any comments comparing the two versions. It is one of 8 songs that were part of my daily circle time routine when I taught kindergarten. There are bunches of ways to get the sin city effect. This method is one of which we use a HSL (Hue, Saturation, Luma)keyer to key out the colors we dont want or the ones we do want. I will go over other methods to get this effect in color such as the saturation curves etc but in this lesson we do it using a common key. Again there are easier and harder methods. There are worse looking and better looking results depending on the method. Other methods will be covered soon.

This sequel to the black and white NeoGeo Pocket had color and higher hopes but still failed to gain a foothold against the Nintendo Game Boy and Sega Game Gear.
