It has long been known that citric acid (in this case a lemon) is nature's anti-bacterial agent. Today it is more commonly known as produce wash or FIT (Fruit and Vegetable Wash). There are many studies out today that consider FIT a more successful anti-bacterial agent than chlorine dioxide (which is produced chemically rather than naturally). Many cultures continue to use the citric acid from lemons and limes to cleanse meat and fish as this marinade does. Clara cooks quite responsibly and always uses the freshest meats and fish when preparing her meals. You must always cook any meal at any time at your own risk. In this video, we're making tapas with Allrecipes home cook, Raelee. We started with Raelee's Creamy Goat Cheese and Honey recipe, a simple tapa made with creamy goat cheese, honey, rosemary, and a light dusting of crushed pecans. Delicious, light, and melt-in-your-mouth good. We followed that up with Easier Cranberry Puffs, delicious raspberry- and cream cheese-filled wontons that, with the added jalapeno and red curry powder, had just the right amount of kick! We substituted the cranberries with fresh raspberries we purchased at the Mill City Farmers' Market. Bone-in or boneless whatever your preference. Bone-in take a little longer to cook but are harder to overcook so they might be good to start with. If your boneless pork chops are more than an inch thick, I recommend butterflying them to give you a thinner piece of meat that will cook faster and more evenly. DRY RUB This will make enough to coat 4 regular sized pork chops. * 1 teaspoon each mustard seed, thyme, black pepper -- grind these together and add: * 1 teaspoon paprika * 1 teaspoon salt. Sprinkle about a half- teaspoon of the mix on each pork chop and rub it in. Then flip them over and sprinkle another half teaspoon on the other side. Rub that in. Turn your stove on high heat to preheat your skillet. Add about a tablespoon of butter and a tablespoon of oil to the pan and let it melt and get all sizzlin'. Put in your pork chops. Arrange them so that the bony side or the thicker side is towards the middle of the pan where it is hottest. Cook them for 2 minutes if they are boneless and thin (if you butterflied them), 3-4 minutes if they are bone-in. Flip them over and turn the heat down to medium-low. Cook them for another 2 minutes for thin ones or 3-4 minutes for the <b>...</b>

Today our hero (?) is doing a cooking segment to help you be fierce and fabulous in the kitchen! He is going to show you how to make one of his signature dishes -- "Sex on a plate". It got that name because after he served it to his date, that's exactly what happened. So, start by finding a pot. Like with men, size does matter. The bigger the better. Now, turn up the heat in your love life and on the stove, and start boiling some water. You'll have a few minutes to relax at this point so go ahead and start the foreplay... or at least get to the first couple of guys in the room. Once it's ready add in the pasta. Long, fat noodles are best. Make sure you stir frequently because like an uncut penis, you don't want the noodles to get all sticky. While the noodles are cooking, it's time to make the sauce. Use whatever's in sight and just shove it all in. The more the merrier! Keep stirring everything. You may have to double fist. You may feel a bit sore afterwards, but hopefully you stretched first. Next it's time for some vegetables. Choose cucumbers, carrots, squash and zucchini. Oh, and a banana for later. Be sure to clean the vegetables first -- you don't know where they've been. Then pretend one belongs to your husband and you're a disgruntled wife from California -- chop it off and throw it in the disposal garburator <b>...</b>
