This is the Extended Version of the Mens Basketball game at the Northridge Matadome. The game was UC Irvine vs Cal State Northridge. CSUN and UCI were going back and forth with the score at the beginning, but overall CSUN maintained a steady lead throughout the game. The game got pretty close a few times during the second half, but overall CSUN walked away with a 91-83 win over UCI. UCi's leading scorers were Darren Moore with 20 points, and Patrick Rembert with 14 points. CSUN's leading scorers were Lenny Daniel with 22 points, and Rashaun McLemore with 18 points. The 2012 International Queer People of Color Conference was held recently on the campus of California State University Northridge. The event focuses on the importance of diversity within the greater LGBT community. Focusing on the injustices and oppressions faced by same gender loving people of color. These are the Short highlights from the Mens Basketball game at the Matadome against UC Santa Barbara and Cal State Northridge. The last time these two teams met, it was one of the closest games all season long, resulting in a 1 point victory for CSUN over UCSB. This game started out with UCSB with the lead. They were up by 9 points at half time. CSUN came back in the second half and the game went down to the wire - between freethrows for CSUN and turnovers for UCSB, CSUN pulled the victory at the end. Final Score: CSUN 68 UCSB 60. Lenny Daniel broke a school record with 233 free throw attempts in a single season. Video filmed and edited by me, Cassy Vasile, for the Big West Conference. The game was going back and forth until the last few minutes when CSUN almost came back with a comeback to win the game, but due to foul trouble for CSUN and UCR hitting their major freethrows, they maintained their lead and won the game 73-70.
