WILL I AAA IT? If so, this is literally the highest point total possible for non-Event Mode on 5th Mix (Twin Galaxies settings). I've worked out the math on it, I've played through tons of combinations of songs, and I'll let you know that the DDRFreak analysis is incorrect/incomplete (AIJ is actually right) on the 5th mix Bonus. You don't get a Bonus on any BLUE song. You also don't get a Bonus on any second playthrough of any song in a single set. So all your songs have to be unique and AAA to get the AAA bonus each time. On Event Mode, you can spam out long versions and get crazy high set scores. So for max score, these are the 4 songs -- one of which is a long version. You can play the first three in any order, and then you get the option of playing long versions as your last song. Shout-out to Adam, Awwww Steeeeve, Adam's friend (you are a baller), Nick, Joseph, and really everyone who has been watching over the years. I haven't uploaded much, but I'm getting out of a rut here. Even if you think I stink at this game for using bar, thank you for watching. Not everyone has over 1300 AAAs without even having one on DDRX or beyond (c'mon KoJ, bring a good cab here), so I give glory to God for giving me the ability to time this stuff as well as for the patience to get all these songs down to 0 Greats. I quite often will play no bar anyway, but I don't really care that people notice -- it's a video game. Playing for AAAs is nerve-wracking sometimes, so finishing a set of <b>...</b>

Just demoing DDR 1st MIX on PSX. This is the Arrange Mode. It penalises you for extra steps! I'm also recording this through a spider cable, and the (CRT) TV is lagging a bit because of it. Which means I have to hit everything a few milliseconds early or something. Not majorly laggy, but annoyingish. It only matters because I didn't get Extra Stage due to dropping combo on Paranoia - Extra Stage makes you play any song on one higher difficulty (Another). Songs: Arrange: Make It Better, Strictly Business, Paranoia, all on Basic because I'm too lazy to look up my own FAQ for the Maniac code. Brief bit of the ending (Think Ya Better D long with Afro going crazy). Arcade: Have You Never Been Mellow/Basic Will upload more eventually. Main reason I picked these songs is Make It Better isn't boring, Paranoia has annoying backgrounds in 1st, Have You Never Been Mellow is the first song many oldschool players played, and Strictly Business was one of the first songs removed. This is not a score video.

And so continues our journey, into the fun-filled amusement park themed, World 3! Maybe it was the giant Blooper attack, but it was really wimpy of Toad to just run out and leave Mario to battle two Hammer Bros all by himself. But thankfully we only have to battle one of them in a dance off. Hammer Dance From Super Mario Bros. 3 I'm not sure why, but this is the dance off I always have the most trouble with. I mean just look a the highlighted-winning score at the bottom, see how much it goes back and forth during the middle? So after besting the Hammer Bros, with no help from Toad, we stop by the next item shop to pick up the next extra song. See how I just barely had enough coins to buy it? And that's even with me not having to buy the first 100 coin song. It gets tough I tell ya! What!? Wario's in on this too? Rollercoasting From Mario Kart: Double Dash!! And the most helpful of all things in Mush mode, the Coin Switches. They turn the arrows into coins temporarily, which you are able to keep after the song, well that is if you step on them correctly. (So at the end of the song you see that instead of the usual 100 coin reward for an A rank we get 142 coins instead.) And as for the song itself, I'm sure a lot of people will recognize this. I'm just trying to remember which course it's from... Oh, it turns out it was from the 3 circuits; Luigi, Mario, and Yoshi Circuit. Hey! What are you doing!? You've got to catch up to Wario! I figured I'd go ahead and do a walkthrough for this real fast. The game is pretty short. So like the name of the game says, this is a Dance Dance Revolution game with a Mario twist. For those of you that don't know what Dance Dance Revolution is, it's a popular dancing game that has several arrows flying up the screen. Using a dance pad, you step on the exact same arrow that is flying upward using your dancing pad. It's a fun game that can usually be found in almost any arcade. This game does feature a story mode. It's not a very good story mode, but it does add an extra touch to the game. You can play as either Mario or Luigi for the story mode. Since they both have the same exact story, I chose Luigi because Luigi needs some loving. I also played this on Hard mode. There are harder difficulties, but I guess I didn't unlock them :P But anyway, enjoy. And if you don't like it, don't worry, this'll be over pretty quickly within a day or two.
