Time lapse dandelion flower to seed head /dandelion clock filmed continuously over a period of one month. Filmed for my website www.rightplants4me.co.uk Intervals between 5-45 minutes. Aphids continue to feed on the dandelion whilst the seeds mature. Dandelion are considered a weed, though I think they are very beautiful. This sequence was filmed for the interactive on-line plant identifier and pruning guide encyclopaedia http The website is designed to help find and identify the right plants for every aspect of a garden and seasonal need and help you create a garden design with colour and interest. This album has come to be highly prized, mainly for the presence of "My Clown," which is considered to be one of the great psychedelic singles of all time. Tom Newman, who went on to glory as the engineer of choice for Mike Oldfield, handles the vocals for the majority of the album (the exception being Chris Jackson's "Crying Is for Writers"), as well as the majority of the songwriting. Tony Duhig provides guitars and a strong sense of Indian music, although the greater part of his participation is via warbling and groaning guitars and a fortunately blazing solo in the midst of the otherwise painful "Crying Is for Writers." Very good psychedelia, for the most part, but a bit dated in places and heavily influenced by much of the music coming from the direction of San Francisco at that time. The first six cuts are perhaps the most essential, going by the original vinyl release — "My Clown" and "Dandelion Seeds" are delightful, while "Jolly Mary" is simply good fun.

Mega-rarity from the '70s folk-psych French underground scene, featured on Hans Pokora's book with a four stars rating and reissued for the first time. Dandelion's first album was first released in 1979 as a tiny private pressing of only 300 copies. It has a charming, amateurish homemade vibe with some outstanding tracks like 'Winter Tale' (featuring sound effects, reverberating guitars and lost vocals which bring to mind other lost bands like Tony, Caro & John or Agincourt), the acoustic 'La Farfalla' with nice femme vocals and the atmospheric, organ-dominated 'Sometimes,' which opens the album in an impressive way. This reissue is done with help from guitarist/composer Jean Christophe Graf.

Dandelion is a 3D animation about love, loss, and let-go. Amy, a little girl who misses her grandfather and can not accept his passing away, still keeps imagining she can see him again.
