Deists then had to turn to arguments from experience and nature. Extensive, skillfull panning and cropping. Both the French and American revolutions were influenced by this movement. The Cult of the Supreme Being was a national cult in France for a time. Many founding fathers saw the value of reason, but especially Jefferson was a propounder of Deism. Franklin found anti-Deist tracts drew him to Deism and Thomas Paine made it popular. We see a god without revelation. Nice definition of all of it: a creative power greater than human... the growth is the fastest growing religion or .02 of the population. Hans Hegge narrated wonderfully, the credits are clear and extensive. Loved it! Persuasive....
