
Another series 18 outtake from Top Gear India Christmas Special. This one is where Jeremy Clarkson and James May are talking about their night sleeping in a tent and camping in the freezing cold. Clarkson had to sleep with a pillow full of poo and rocks, sleep in a Indian stupid sleeping bag that was broke, and survive the night with temperatures of -300 degrees. James also had to go through that, as well. Anyway, if you can't stretch you memory to last Christmas, then you had better read this: This episode was a mission to promote Britain to the Indian public. The opening sequence of the show shows the Top Gear team in Downing Street opening a letter by Prime Minister David Cameron refusing their request to go to India on an official trade mission (he actually appears for a one-line cameo (filmed separately) - "Stay away from India!"). Despite this, they still go to India. Jeremy Clarkson chose to drive in a Jaguar XJS, James May in a Rolls-Royce Silver Shadow and Richard Hammond in a Mini Cooper. Route: Mumbai - In Mumbai, they aimed to beat the efficiency of the dabbawala by using a car instead of a train. The mission fails when Clarkson, in a rush to beat the train, did not take enough cargo, leaving Hammond to carry Clarkson's load as well as his own. Hammond accidentally loses and subsequently ruins some of his cargo, and May, trying to take a ring road approach to the station, takes a wrong turn and ends up in the countryside.
