We shall see. Update:3/20/10 After ~1100 miles it is still holding.Oil is clear with no coolant and there is no coolant loss. Update#2: 12/3/10 There is now 4k on the motor since adding BD.Just did the second oil change.Added about 1/2 pint of coolant .Ready for winter.Still going strong.No smoke or coolant loss issues. Update #3: 3/14/11,85000 miles,7000 miles since "the" repair. The past week resulted in coolant getting into the cylinders.There was no coolant in the oil and the expansion tank was not bubbling.The vehicle was not smoking like the last time,just a light vapor and coolant dripping from the weep hole on the muffler <b>...</b>

After reading and researching online, I decided to try the Blue Devil. There's lots of vids up describing how it was a miracle cure for a blown head gasket. It didn't work for me, but I've documented the entire process so you can watch and decide for yourself if you want to try it. I'm currently putting a new head gasket in the Honda. Just waiting for the part to finish it up. Someone asked me why not just do the head gasket first. If I'd done that I wouldn't know it doesn't work. At least it didn't for me. Other people say it worked for them. Maybe my leak was worse than others..

I was in line at Devil's Head Ski resort in Wisconsin when the ski lift broke. It started to uncontrollably roll backwards with people still in the seats. It got going so fast that at the bottom turn, the chairs were being flung from the cable and the roof of the ski lift was being torn apart by the flinging chairs. Many were injured. I couldn't get my iPhone out quick enough to get the lift when it was moving the fastest but you can still see it rolling backwards and people jumping from their lift chairs.

Taken 6-12-11, the Devil's Head rock formation just above Chimney Rock at Chimney Rock State Park outside Asheville, NC. If you're heading to Chimney Rock I would definitely recommend heading up to Devil's Head, and even beyond that up to Exclamation Point along the Skyline Trail.
