Story of dreadlock: personnaly, I didnt't make them because of what I listen, what I think, just locks for pleasure, I think this is the most important. After 3 years, my hair were approximatly 60cm I decided to make locks at this moment, but most of people start to grow them before, it's easyer Photos you see there with lock are from the begening to 1 year (december 07 2008). The first month I used wax because of everything I heard about on the net: put some it's awsome ! It's bullshit, don't use it, you will spend money for nothing and your hair will be dirty. Then I roll,twist them very OFTEN, I think often is important :) And there are few month, I bought a hook for hair. USE IT :) This is the best technic, it cost 3$ on ebay. I've had Dreadlocks twice now. Once, for nine months, and the second time, I'm going through right now. I have a lot of info for you so please enjoy watching this and take as much away from this video as you can. Additional Facts: 1. If you make thinner dreadlocks, you will not lose too much length from your hair. If you want thick locks, you will lose more. If I didn't say it in the video, your dreads will tighten up so fast if they're fat, and a bit slower if they're skinny. Just a heads up. 2. I'm sure Knottydreads produts and other products are great, too. Dreadheadhq.com is just what I went with and I by no means mean to bash any of their product. I'm just saying what worked for me. 3.
