If I had windows XP instead of 7 then I could use the second program better because XP recognizes dazzle as an audio intput, and windows 7 doesn't, but I have tried putting windows xp on my computer and it always bluescreens so I guess my laptop is only good for 7

Luckily, most of the frame dropping happened to be in the part with no drums, so it's not too distracting. The drums video looks like it freezes there, which is me compensating for those dropped frames to bring it back into sync. Playing notes: Another pretty relaxed song. All parts besides drums were a first-try FC, and the drums took only a couple extra tries. Those rapid fire lyrics can get a bit a tricky, but luckily RB doesn't care if you stumble over the words so long as you're singing on key. Next video will probably be Lion by May'n.

So a few interesting things about this video: - I've fixed the dropped frames problem I was having. So no dropped frames! Yay! - BUT it resulted in a new problem: the camera doesn't focus manually or automatically. So...yeah, now I got a blurry picture :( - This is the last song that needed to be FCed EVER in all the Tap Tap Revenge games (took nearly two years for it to be FCed) - This track was converted using blackburningice's TTR1 to TTR2/3 converter. Ah, flash movies are the common ground that unites all users of the internet. I guess. After seeing some of DominicFear's animations, I considered rasterizing (recording) some movies of my own and seeing how they turned out. The result? 140% successful! At first I started using a couple of programs to do this for me, but one didn't record at 1080p and the other cut the frame rate in half. Facepalm. So I then tried this myself with Camtasia and the results are flawless! No dropped frames, the movie records at full speed. Of course, it's only 12fps. I was able to record this movie with no problem. This means I should be able to do movies with more action and a higher frame rate without issues as well. Enjoy the video! Ive only ever this problem in Final Cut pro 7 and Final Cut Pro X, both do it. My best guess is I have some setting about dropped frames wrong. NOTE (4/15/12): Decided to alter the title so the video will no longer be a troll magnet. You are now free to go back under your bridges. Good gracious, this was an enormous file. I actually left the computer on during the night so it could upload. Anyway, I head to Windbreak Ridge to protect the base from the Tundrans. I know I said "Capture", but I forgot which side was doing the assault at the time. Also, it tends to lag a bit toward the end, due to dropped frames. This is especially noticeable when Colonel Austin and Major Nelly converse with each other at the end of the mission. I'm still fooling around with the program, but I shouldn't have to worry too much about dropped frames in the future.

Just wanted to show you what it looks like on the PS3 in some games. They put out a patch that stops the "out of memory 14" error that would kick you out of games like this, but the stuttering and skipping of frames still happens. I've been playing with a party and they've said it happens to them too. I have turned off theater recording since November 8th when I and many other people in my party would get booted with the "out of memory 14" error message. I googled the out of memory 14 and that was the suggestion. Even after turning off recording games we're still skipping frames.

Gameplay video of Iggy's Reckin Balls on Nintendo 64. I had some technical difficulties recording this video. Usually when I record an N64 video with FRAPS, the framerate drops and I lose a few frames, which is normal for me. But in this case, rather than dropping frames and keeping the game at the same speed, it slowed down the entire emulator down by nearly 20 FPS without any loss. That makes it look like I slowed it down or something, which isn't normal. Anyways if you use Project64 and know how to solve this issue, please send me a message so I can avoid this problem if it ever comes up again.
Another test using H.264 codec. The video is 2x until the turn to final then normal speed for the approach. The camera was mounted too low to capture the airport properly. The quality looks good but I think I'm dropping frames. I'll work on being able to get air to ground transmissions for future videos. I'll probably need to wait until my next computer to solve the frame drop though.

Underwater Ballet is a short film directed by Liz Goldwyn. A lone woman in an underwater universe dances to a strange and haunting tune. Obsessed, possessed by the music, she glides throughout her galaxy. A million burnt-out stars float endlessly in the atmosphere. She is of the sea and the earth and the heavens at once, finally at peace in her resting place. Choreography by Jennifer Nairn-Smith The film was shot with a Phantom Camera, which captures action at 1000 frames per second. (Normal frame rate is 24 frames per second.) Because it records at such a high frame rate, the Phantom records all that the naked human eye cannot see. Thus, all the in-between moments of movement are suddenly visible. In post-production, I played with the frame rate once again, dropping frames in order to speed up or slow down the action, so that the dancer appears at moments to be barely moving, one tendril of hair slowing drifting in the atmosphere; while the next second, she flutters like a butterfly. Frame by frame colour filter and regrading of the musical number "Wonderful Guy" from the film "South Pacific". This is an attempt to digitally remove the amber colour filter permanently recorded on the film. No dropped frames as in previous version. Therefore, the audio is now in synch.

I was so impressed with Melanie that I had to spend a few hours overlaying Whitney. Melanie is a few milliseconds faster, so it was a pain dropping frames on Whitney here and there to try and maintain synchronization. I apologize for a few imperfections that can be heard. I'm no professional and I just used Windows Movie Maker, but I think it still turned out well enough to make the point that Melanie is another Whitney in my opinion. Some of the 'whining' from the bosses in this game can get extremely annoying at times (Depth Dragoon, I'm looking at you). Recorded to see how well the new HM160HC HDD in this aging laptop helps it cope with the recording process. I'd say the experiment is quite a success. 0 Dropped frames while recording. The faster HDD speed and higher cache value most likely contributed to the cause. Anyways, part 2, Redips battle, to come soon.

HTC Sensation takes FULL HD 1080p videos - Please read. :) HTC Sensation has 8 MP camera, which can take FULL HD 1080p videos @ 30 fps with stereo audio and 2 flash LED. There are some manual settings, like white balance, exposure, etc. We made some clips in various conditions and tested manual and auto foucs. We also tested the digital zoom, as you can see in the video. We also made some videos running fast by the car, to check if could be some dropped frames. We think that HTC Sensation has one of the best video camera. But we would know your opinion. So: what do you think about these HTC Sensation FULL HD 1080p videos? Attention please: the HTC Sensation used in this video is a prototype. So, the camera could work more better in the final version of the firmware. Last note!
