Rising tennis star Bernard Tomic grew upset with a spectator during his loss to David Ferrer at the Sony Ericsson Open in Miami on Saturday. That spectator happened to be his father and coach, John Tomic. Between games during the second set, the 19-year-old asked chair umpire Cedric Mourier to remove his father from the stands. "He's annoying me," Tomic said. "I know he's my father, but he's annoying me. I want him to leave, but how is that possible?" When Mourier asked Tomic what would happen if he told his father to leave, he simply said that it wouldn't happen. "If you see him, tell him to be quiet," Tomic said. WATCH VIDEO ABOVE (START AT 1:30 MARK) During a game in which Tomic ultimately held serve to even the set at 2-2, the television broadcast showed John noticeably upset with his son's performance. According to reports, Tomic repeatedly gestured toward his father with his racquet, seeming to suggest that he leave the stadium. At the next opportunity, the younger Tomic approached the ref. Mourier handed out a warning to John, who stayed to watch the rest of the match. Following the loss, Tomic denied asking to remove his father and claimed that he was asking John to have his racquets restrung. Troubled NBA star Metta World Peace faces another suspension after elbowing an opponent in the face. This was the sort of performance that could have had everyone talking about Metta World Peace. Until one momentary lapse of reason (and one wild elbow) left everyone thinking about Ron Artest. Late in the second quarter, World Peace powered his way past Kevin Durant and Serge Ibaka to finish a fast break with a dunk. The score pulled the Lakers within a point of the visiting Thunder, 48-47, with less than two minutes remaining in the first half on Sunday. Trailing the play, Kobe Bryant pumped both fists as Peace slammed the ball home. The mercurial forward already had 12 points, 5 rebounds (3 offensive), 3 steals and an assist. As he began bounding back up the court after that dunk, Peace pounded his chest emphatically with his right fist. James Harden of the Thunder, meanwhile, was just getting back toward the basket and bumped into Peace. Although he didn't appear to be looking at Harden, Peace managed to land a swinging elbow to his head, dropping the Thunder star. Seemingly unaware -- or, even worse, unconcerned -- of the shot, Peace continued beating his chest as he moved toward his defensive end. Harden would remain on the court for some time as the officials looked at replays of the incident to determine proper punishment. This is slightly longer and more detailed haha. Hey guys, week three!! This weeks effect we cover a few different concepts, all surrounding the idea behind bullet casings getting ejected out of a gun. Now, I used a pistol in this video and just kind of pretended it was an automatic weapon. The same principles apply. The first big concept I cover is tracking a matte to an object, specifically to cut something out and have a clean plate underneath it show through. Then I use Trapcode Particular to make a custom particle system which shoots the bullet casings from the Action Essentials II pack (from Video Copilot) out towards the camera. Then the final touch is to use Particular to automate placing muzzle flashes, rather than manually placing them linking them to a tracker, so that the smoke stays in the scene unaffected by the tracker, but the flashes still occur where the barrel is places. Pretty sweet. Anyway, Check back soon for the Skyrim video, should be coming out really soon!! It's mostly done!
