I am going to show you three nifty exploits today. the first one is a quest in tarnis that when you exploit it correctly, it can enable you to be unable to any cc's except fear, noclip with a jet pack, no fall dmg, and run faster than everyone else on foot.. The second one is a ghost elekk on the alliance side for increased death speed and a cool death mount. the last one is controlled world, where the person is controlled by someone that is mind controlling them while they are controlling a machine. when you relog, you will always start where you were when you got controlled, d/c DOES NOT REMOVE THIS EXPLOIT, the person who is controlling you HAS TO LOG OUT, then you logout and log on another toon, and you should be good. when in this mode you cannot die, no fall dmg, no one can see you, you can see other people.to a certain point, and you are "charmed" so you cannot cast, much like godmode. EDIT: With feedback and more testing, I now believe the exact cause for her bet to stop decreasing is when she is has enough caps to bet higher than you could match. That means the best yield is produced ONLY by ensuring that she has enough caps to bet your TOTAL CONVERTED CAPS (including legion or NCR money) in a single game. Example... if she has 800000 caps and you have 100000 she will only bet 100000 each time since that is the most you can bet. However, if she has 500000 and you have 400000 she will bet 400000 each time. So if you arrive with 10000 caps, you should be able to give her 6000 and have her bet back about 5000 each game; five games later you would have 25000 caps. This video will show you how to get unlimited caps by playing Caravan against Lacey in the Mojave Outpost. This method requires no hacking or modification and exploits what appears to be a bug which may later be patched. I have tested this only on PC and am uncertain that it works on PS3 or Xbox 360. For those of you unfamiliar with Caravan, the goal is to get a higher number than your opponent, between 21 and 26, on the best two our of three stacks of cards. Your cards must be played in numerical order. Queens can be played on a card to reverse that order. For example, you can play 2, 5, 10 but cannot play 2, 5, 3. But you can play 2, 5+Queen, 3. Playing a King on a card doubles its value (this can be used on your opponent's card to make them 'bust' by going over 26.) Playing a Jack on a card <b>...</b>

BEAST vs HTTPS
We show how BEAST exploits a weakness in SSL to decrypt secret cookies. Please note that BEAST does not do any harm to remote servers. In fact, no packet from BEAST has ever been sent to any servers. We chose PayPal because they do everything right when it comes to server-side SSL, and that is good to demonstrate the power of BEAST, which is a client-side SSL attack. We reported the vulnerability to browser, plugin and SSL vendors several months ago (CVE-2011-3389). Current version of BEAST consists of Javascript/applet agents and a network sniffer. We have some choices for the agent. At the time we reported the bug to vendors, HTML5 WebSockets could be used to build a BEAST agent but, due to unrelated reasons, the WebSockets protocol was already in the process of changing in such a way that stopped it. We can't use the new WebSockets protocol shipped with browsers. We use a Java applet in this video, but please be aware that it may be possible to implement a Javascript agent with XMLHttpRequest as well. Why don't you take a look? ;-) Note that it is relatively easy to run a script or an applet in your browser without you doing anything (eg, by intercepting any HTTP requests from your browser.) After all, each agent is just a piece of Javascript or an applet. Once an agent has been loaded, BEAST can patiently wait until you sign in to some valuable websites to steal your accounts.
