I have found that the reset button on this particular pair is pretty handy. The format for the time adjust is as follows: Year.month.day.time(24hour clock) 2010.08.01 12:30:12 paste above into notepad, adjust time and date as necessary and "save as" .txt file named "time" Plug glasses into computer, drag and drop time file below the DCIM file.
