Running off a first place finish at this year's national Hip hop competition Artists Emerge, the crew hopes to continue their momentum in hopes of furthering themselves both as teachers and students of their craft. The name "The Faculty" arose as a result of the crew's tremendous depth in terms of experience, strengths, and appreciation for the art of dance. "It's rare to find a group of dancers who are all very capable of teaching each other, but more importantly are willing to learn from each other as well". The crew's original 8 members, Carlo Atienza, Michael Cameron, Jerome Esplana, Stewart Iguidez, Anton Lim, Norman Purganan, Richie Lubaton and JP Tarlit, have an impressive collective resume which boasts teaching and performing experience in China, Los Angeles, Spain, San Diego, Toronto, Philippines, Seattle, and New York, not to mention past credits such as The 2010 Winter Olympics closing ceremonies, Grey Cup, World ...
