He was in defence of government/Fed intervention, government control, and spending, and he seems to think that the money we use should have no value at all. Yeah, tell that to Zimbabwe. He has the nerve to keep reminding me that "Anarchists and Libertarians are a lot alike". I happen to agree with that statement, but the problem with what he is saying is.... Freewill is an illusion. Randomness is simply an ignorance of causes. The more we know, the more we realise how predictable things are. To state with pride that something is random , is to state with pride your ignorance, your lack of understanding, and your inability or willingness to become less ignorant. Just a note that I'm particularly proud of. I arrived at the conclusions in this video absolutely independently about 10 years ago. I'd never studied it or heard anything remotely concerning the concept. If indeed life isn't linear, but is in fact truly "random" and "unpredictable", this still wouldn't give us "freewill". If freewill is dependent upon a "random" factor, it still isn't ours and it is still not under our volition, but is caused by an external agent. Only a fool would state with absolute conviction that quantum mechanics undermines determinism. Just as cavemen thought weather patterns were completely unpredictable and at the behest of divine forces, I'm quietly confident that between now and the rest of time, our understanding of QM will grow and therefore it's "randomness" will die. This vulnerability is also a good example of flaws found in challenge-response authentication mechanisms. In this video, I have tried to point out two basic flaws which I feel are stark as far as democracy in India is concerned. First, I feel that while we do have the choice to vote for specific candidates during elections, we do not have the power to choose who STANDS in these elections. That is definitely a huge flaw in Indian democracy. After all, that is why we see crooks with criminal backgrounds being able to contest elections. That is also the reason for which we see individuals with no competency being handed out portfolios of which they have no understanding at all. The second flaw in Indian democracy - which is really specific to India - and unlikely to change all too soon, is the fact that the voting majority is illiterate, impoverished and simply unaware of the criteria upon which to exercise their franchise. Little carrots dangled at these people can easily sway their voting decision, be it a 50 Rupee note or a small bottle of country liquor. This is unfortunately a problem which is unlikely to change anytime soon. After all, we cannot override poverty and illiteracy in India very quickly. These are in my opinion, two basic flaws in Indian democracy, though these are certainly not the only ones. At the same time, I am optimistic that with the passage of time, we should see these flaws making less of an impact. In particular, I feel that the voting public in urban, better informed parts of India should exercise their franchise judiciously, for deserving candidates <b>...</b>
