"Go Your Own Way" is a song written by Lindsey Buckingham. It was released in late 1976, the first single from their then forthcoming Rumours (which would be released in February 1977) and peaked at number ten on the Billboard Hot 100, becoming the group's first top ten hit in the US It is ranked number 119 on Rolling Stone's list of the 500 Greatest Songs of All Time and is on The Rock and Roll Hall of Fame's 500 Songs that Shaped Rock and Roll list. The song is about the complicated relationship that Lindsey Buckingham and Stevie Nicks were having.

This is a clip from a concert shown on German TV in 1998. Even after all he has gone through, Peter Green still has magic in his fingers. The piece was written by Peter and first recorded while with John Mayall's Bluesbreakers in the sixties. The original recording of this groundbreaking instrumental can be found on the album "A Hard Road".

A "popular" Buckingham Nicks song (among insiders and cultish followers), "Crying in the Night", is presented here as another of my slide-shows set to music. The two were romantically as well as musically involved, and perhaps this song was a bit biographical (as well as another song from the album, "Frozen Love") and a portent of their tumultuous break-up during the recording of their second album with Fleetwood Mac, the HUGELY successful "Rumours". I tried to tell that story with this video.

This is a clip from a concert shown on German TV in 1998. Another great performance by Peter Green. "The Stumble" was composed and originally recorded by Freddie King. Peter Green also recorded this number while with John Mayall & the Bluesbreakers in the sixties, before forming Fleetwood Mac. If you're into blues instrumentals I suggest you also listen to Freddie King's guitar work on classics such as "Hide Away", "Sen-Sa-Shun", "San-Ho-Zay", "Side Tracked" and many more.
