Home Chest Workout: Incline Dumbbell Fly Variant


I love sqeezing exercises for chest as most of my results in chest mass and strength have come from this type exercise. I have covered the basic dumbbell fly in a previous video and here I have a cool variant that you do on an incline bench (or a board leaning against a wall). For this incline fly use a light weight, approximately 20% of what you use for incline dumbbell press. In this exercise we keep the arms straight but not locked and the arms are not perpendicular to our sides like in a normal fly, are not alongside our legs, but halfway inbetween. The palms are facing up at a 45 degree angle.Anyone can be healthier, have more energy, sleep better, and feel better about themselves through bodybuilding. Bodybuilding doesn't have to be expensive or take a lot of time, gyms are great but home workouts can save you time and money. A cheap dumbbell set from a garage sale or walmart is all it takes to get started with your home workouts. Nutrition is key to being able to add muscle! Remember that these muscles are very small so small weights are in order. If you have lower back problems, I would not do these. As with any dumbbell exercise, form is key if you want to maximize your muscle building efforts and minimize the chance of injury. Don't use too much weight, if you can't do the exercise slowly then you need to go lighter. Count aloud "one onethousand, two onethousand, three onethousand" on the way up and the way down, if you cant do this on this exercise then you are using too much weight. The reason this exercise method maximizes your muscle growth is because it confines the motion to the muscle you are trying to work out, if your body squirms, swings, and kicks, all you are doing is taking the focus away from the muscle you are trying to exercise. Dumbell flyes are a great exercise to finish your chest workout with. You need just a pair of dumbells and a bench is optional. By lying down on the floor you can also perform this exercise, but doing the exercise on a bench will give you a greater stretch in your chest, which results in more muscle growth.

As a taxpayer in New York State - M-7As make me sick. Lets design a smaller car - even though we don't have to with no regard for passneger comfort. Hey - its ADA accessible, but nothing else on it works properly. These cars proved their worth especially well last week when not one, but two trains of them died on the Hudson Line during the evening rush within minutes of one another. Here, train 744 which today consists of a six car train of Bombardier built M-7A class electric multiple unit (EMU) cars arrives at Ossining Station. The train is "wrong rail" going south on track #3, which is normally the Northbound local track. This train is bound for Grand Central (NYC). This train is a "semi-express" which begins at Croton-Harmon as a connection from train 844 (see 844 at youtube.com Train 744 makes local stops at Ossining, Scarborough, Phillipse Manor, and Tarrytown - where it connects to the lower-Hudson local - train #444. 744 after leaving Tarrytown, runs express stopping only at Yonkers, Harlem-125th St, and Grand Central Terminal. The platforms at Ossining station are 100' out of view to the left (south) of the camera, where the train is slowing to stop. Prevent Shoulder Injuries With Rear Delt Flyes


www.LeeHayward.com One of the most common injuries that people will get from working out is a shoulder injury. The shoulders come into play in virtually every single upper body exercise you do, and they also get worked with some lower body exercises as well such as squats where the barbell is held across your back. So if you get a shoulder injury it can really hamper your workouts for the entire body. One of the root causes for shoulder injuries is a muscle imbalance between the front delts and the rear delts. Generally the front delts get much more muscle stimulation and are over developed compared to the rear delts. So to counter this you should include more rear delt work in your training such as the rubber band rear delt flyes.

Nothing fancy in the way of aerobatics but neither is the original. Setup is stock kit engines and 2s 1250 mAh LiPo. Radio is Graupner MC-24 with Hitech HS-50 servos. Model is very light and handels beautiful with a nice sound.
