this is my moddified alfa 156 2.4 JTD 10V... in this video i try and show how the new intercooler is fitted and plumed in...... as you can see it starts off with a slightly over sized air filter located where the crappy standard intercooler was, where its out of the way of heat from the engine and also a good source of cool air from the vent in the front bumper, plus its shaped to have a nice smooth flow look at how nice it flows into the MAF then into the turbo without any nasty bends.... i tryed my best to keep the boost pipes as short as possible with as little bends as possible , but it does have to flow with the body work so some bends cant be helped.... the pipe works is alot longer and a larger diameter than the standard pipes, so turbo lag was going to be abit of a worry with me, but after driving it when it was all back to gether, i noticed no extra turbo lag what so eva, and i also believe it has reduced it abit aswell, with the help of the nice flowing pipe work.... this set up has deffinatly improved power, and it loves to rev now with the help of the smooth intake system and its got a gorgeous turbo whistle now, with a lovley dump valve noise with the boosted air coming back through the air filter..... more videos to come

Just making sure everything is in order before the bumper goes on for the last time for a while. The lower cold side pipes will be painted black to match the other side and the core will be getting the same treatment. But for now, it's running, and I'm going to give it a couple days first to double check that everything was done correctly.

This is the latest version of the TTS Rotrex supercharged Rocket 3. This bike is fitted with JE forged pistons at 10:1 compression. TTS FI cams and the Rotrex C30-94 supercharger is being spun to its maximum of 100000 rpm and should give approx 16lb of boost. The increase in compression and increase in boost should increase bhp conciderably. Watch this space.

This STi belongs to a friend of mine, the boost is set to 26psi...the MAF sensor maxed out on the dyno and the ECU started to dump fuel after that point, so we believe there's more power left in the same 26psi tune... The motor is 100% stock... In Jamaica the highest octane fuel we get is 90 but this car also runs 100% meth The tuner is Ian G. aka Swiffy...
