The over article explores the top 100 celebrities making power plays in the entertainment world. Despite his youth, Justin nabbed the #3 spot on Forbes' list because he is obviously making waves for his business tactics and Forbes devises its annual list by looking at two key things -- success and aspiration -- both of which Justin Bieber has plenty. Forbes.com notes that its team focused on the Canadian mega-star because of his investments in startups and NOT the music he sells. Aside from his launch of new music stars like Carly Rae Jepsen, Justin also has a hugely successful fragrance line, and 2011 saw the release of his full-length documentary, however, these investments are just the tip of the iceberg.
