Forced Negative Reps For The Advanced Bodybuilder

If you have stopped making progress and can't even seem to work out hard enough to get sore the next day then perhaps its time to try forced negatives. Don't overuse these! These put a lot of strain on your joints and tendons so if you do these often you will probably suffer from overuse injuries. In forced negatives you use more weight than you can lift so either a workout partner or your other hand needs to help get the weight up then you lower the weight slowly under your own power. Here are some examples of how you can do forced negatives.Anyone can be healthier, have more energy, sleep better, and feel better about themselves through bodybuilding. Bodybuilding doesn't have to be expensive or take a lot of time, gyms are great but home workouts can save you time and money. Boeing 767 forced landing Warsaw 1 November 2011
A Boeing 767 from Newark, New Jersey, carrying 230 passengers made an emergency landing in Warsaw after its landing gear failed to open. Leszek Chorzewski, the spokesman for LOT, the Polish airline that operated the flight, said none of the passengers was injured. The plane landed on its belly without its wheels. Passengers could be seen fleeing the plane. The airport has been closed until 8 am on Wednesday.
