so the bros at gamefaqs decided to have an experiment. organized by iijasd, meth, and dr. john dorian and hosted by cerious with supers, we took 9 players who had only ever done pubs and 6 players who had played competitive games. the 9 pubstars were playing highlander (1 of each class) while the 6 comps were playing cevo rules (no more than 2 of each class, only one demo or medic). this is the view as seen from the sourcetv server. it's got free look and etc, so i was able to take it's demo and follow around both teams. enjoy part 1! note: they were using the in game chat but the pugs were all on vent, explaining our relative silence. In the game you get a couple of Halo music dancey tunes. Spore - FreeCam mode in Creature phase
You can do this by pressing this key combo Ctrl+Shift+C to bring up the console in spore, then type freeCam Keep in mind that your creature will still need to eat when you're flying around with the camera. Just open the console and type it again to turn it off. I don't believe this counts as a 'cheat' because I've still gotten achievements after using it.

Crysis GOC free cam mode test
This is a test video of my Crysis 3rd Person modification system - enhanced/enabled GOC code: 1. Smooth (enable/or/disable) transitions between 1st and 3rd person view. 2. Chase cam alters view (creates a drag /chase feel). 3. Free camera 3rd person option (use the screen space edge to edge before camera updates). 4. Standard 3rd person (GOC offsets, somewhat enhanced). 5. Auto-switch to 1st person on Grab (enemy, weapon, ammo, etc). 6. Auto-switch smooth transition when using binoculars. 7. Weapons attachment modification (flash) works in both 1st and 3rd person. 8. Metered (enhanced) bullet-time slow motion on demand with visual effects. 9. XBOX 360 (for Windows) controller mod. 10. Enhanced lighting, fog and global fog (for greater realism). 11. Dynamic (and not evasive or nausea inducing) camera shake. 12. Fixed shadows on hats (that didn't cast shadows, rather they used to illuminated the top of the face/head). 13. Global shadow casting across the map (use a sniper rifle and see what I mean!). 14. Elimination of shadow popping-disappearing (per 13). 15. Enhanced textures where appropriate. 16. Remapped and repainted environments for greater realism. 17. Enhanced AI (and of course hordes of them to kill, you're gonna need a lot of ammo). 18. Cut-scene challenges added (instead of watching why not play a difficult cut-scene?) 19. A bunch of other stuff as well.

I used the FreeCam cheat in Jughead776's Clark and Stanley Love Pygmies Adventure. To use this cheat while playing Spore Galactic Adventure, you have to press CTRL-SHIFT-C to get the cheat menu up, and type in freeCam. This adventure will also be released to the Sporepedia.
