When you're losing fat and building muscle at the same time you're basically getting ripped. Beginners should only do this workout ONCE every 2-to-4 weeks and as you get stronger you can progress to once a week. Even I still only do this once every 1-to-2 weeks because this workout is so intense. The key thing to remember is that this workout should not be TOTALLY easy so if you can do the first 15-to-25 reps without even breaking a sweat then you need to use heavier weights.
