This is a concept trailer for a proposed feature film called "GOLIATH" Directed by Alex Popov Produced by Jim Wedaa Represented by the Gersh agency's Abram Nalibotsky and Sean Barclay Concept trailer for the Sci-Fi Action "Goliath" shot in 3 days in Alaska and 3 days in San Diego. Total budget: $150 This project was a one man effort, meaning i had to do it all: concept, props, DP, camera op, directing, editing, post VFX, sound design and so on. An unmanned miniature tank, the Goliath carried a 2OOlb explosive charge for the destruction of bunkers and armoured vehicles by remote control. It was towed to the area of action on a small trailer. Early models of the Goliath were powered by two battery-driven auto starter motors, one motor to each track. Later models were powered by a Zundapp two-stroke engine. The Goliath had a maximum speed of 12 mph and a range of 650 yards. It was guided and detonated by trailing wires, the controller sending electrical signals to vary the speed of each track and so steer the weapon. The Goliath was not a success, primarily because its tracks were vulnerable to small arms fire. It was used for the most part on the Eastern front, but a few were deployed at Anzio in Italy and in France during the Battle of Normandy.

This ride is the newest at the park, and it's a beast. The first hill is 200ft high and it goes over 70mph. No matter how hard I tried the camera could not be held still. There are a couple of parts where it gets kinda shaky, but I'm convinced that it is the best that a human can do. Also, I sat next to a screamer for this one. You'll know what I mean. This is one of a few videos I shot on 8/8/06 at Six Flags Over Georgia. I waited for the front and filmed my ride. It's not easy getting on a ride with a camera in your pocket, then managing to pull it out while climbing the lift hill and actually hold it still the whole ride, but I have a lot of determination.
