Here it is FINALLY after 6 years the New Gran Turismo game has finally arrived and its fifth one and the first one on the Playstation 3. The game is created by PolyPhony Digital who only created this car racing series You can race with over 1000 cars depending on racing, special, sports, kart and Nascars which is amazing. The presentation is amazing on a lot of places while some pieces can be really weak from the days of the PS2. The gameplay is really good but feels the same as past GT games which is a shame. I feel it needs evolve to get better and greater. Overall 4.5 out of 5. The music is "Enter The Party" from Incompetech.com from a royalty free web site.

Classic Game Room HD reviews GRAN TURISMO 5 TIME TRIAL Demo for Playstation 3 PS3, a free download demo from Polyphony Digital where you compete in a time trial on Indiana Motor Speedway in a Nissan 370 Z (tuned and stock). Watch CGR take a lap of the Indiana race track and set a sloppy time against many others. The Gran Turismo 5 free demo shows the care that is going into GT5 because the game looks and sounds amazing. Hard as nails too, dont try to just mash down on the accelerator because your car will spin off the track into never-never land. Compete against other times set by other drivers. GT5 has more of a simulation feel than the previous Gran Turismo offerings and retains smooth, simple and easy to navigate menus with soft jazz from GT5 Prologue. Probably best played with one of the force feedback wheels from Logitech (going to have to get one of those I think.). It's been five years in the making, but is it any good?

Part 1: Classic Game Room was the FIRST classic video game review show on the Internet in 1999. Returning in 2008 with new episodes, Classic Game Room breaks out a review of GRAN TURISMO 5 PROLOGUE for the Playstation 3 PS3 video game console. GT5 is amazing and you get to drive the new Nissan GT-R Skyline in the game (as you'll see in the footage). Although a much smaller game than the previous Gran Turismo series offerings like GT4, GT3 and GT2, the High Definition cockpit view is simply incredible. Physics seem greatly improved and the graphics are next generation and impressive as all heckfire. This Spec II version of the game has a drift mode as well but since I don't care about drifting I didn't try it. Does the GT series remain at the top of the driving game genre? How does Gran Turismo 5 vs. Forza 2 Motorsports compare? Could this be the best racing race car simulator ever made? It seems to have Formula One F1 F-1 racecars in it as well... I saw a Ferrari in there at least although I didn't get it yet. Be sure to watch the original Classic Game Room episodes.
