If there is one open-and-shut case it is the felony destruction of evidence by Rudy Giuliani. America do you really want to give Rudy Guiliani above the law executive privilege when he was responsible for covering up the atrocities of the September criminals not to mention the air quality post 911 when he said the NY health department had tested and found the air was safe to breathe. He then denied emergency workers the right to health benefits and allowed them to die horribly tragic deaths which are still occurring daily to emergency responders all across the nation. Some 40 to 50000 emergency responders are sick right now, denied the benefits they said justly deserve. Ron Paul in 2008!!!
