The Colomban Cri-Cri ('cricket') is the smallest twin-engined manned aircraft in the world, designed in the early 1970s by French aeronautical engineer Michel Colomban. At only 4.9 m (16.1 ft) wingspan and 3.9 m (12.8 ft) length, it is a single-seater. There are approximately 30 Cri-cri aircraft in airworthy condition in the US and over 100 around the world as of 2003. The Air Tractor AT-400 is a family of agricultural aircraft that first flew in the United States on September 1979. Type certification was awarded to Air Tractor in April 1980. The de Havilland Canada DHC-4 Caribou (known in the US military as CV-2 and C-7 Caribou) is a Canadian-designed and produced specialized cargo aircraft with short takeoff and landing (STOL) capability. The Caribou was first flown in 1958 and although mainly retired from military operations, is still in use in small numbers as a rugged "bush" aircraft. This aircraft is one of the fleet of Caribou's operated by the Royal Australian Air Force between 1964 - 2009. Sopwith Camel Loses Engine Cowl In Flight


A WWI fighter aircraft loses its engine cowl during an airshow display. This Sopwith Camel replica with authentic rotary engine was displayed in New Zealand for the first time at the Classic Fighters 2001 airshow. On the second day of the show during a display routine with a Fokker Dr.1 Triplane, the engine cowl came loose, with some parts falling to the ground, and other sections getting stuck on the aircraft wing.
