Samsung launched the Samsung Focus as their inaugural Windows Phone 7 device for AT&T and it's a solid performer. With a 1GHz processor, 5MP camera and a 4-inch Super AMOLED display, the Focus is one impressive WP7 smartphone. Unfortunately, it only has 8GB of onboard storage and no microSD card slot.

Samsung Galaxy Nexus: Release Date, Price and Specs Info

Samsung Galaxy Nexus price Phones4U is the first to offer up a Samsung Galaxy Nexus UK price, and, while we knew it would be sold at a premium, we didn't expect you'd be paying a whopping £46 per month to get the phone for free -- though we're not currently sure how many minutes, texts and how much data that includes. For a £30 up front cost, you can reduce this to £41 a month. Galaxy Nexus processor The new handset has a dual-core 1.2GHz Texus Instruments OMAP4460 processor, the same speed as the chip used in Samsung's Galaxy S2. Indeed, several of the Nexus Prime's core specs mirror that of Samsung's existing top end Android handset. Galaxy Nexus operating system The Galaxy Nexus is the first handset to feature Android 4.0, otherwise known as Ice Cream Sandwich. The OS will be coming to other high end Android handsets including the Nexus S. Ice Cream Sandwich is designed to bridge the gap between the user experience on Android 2.x phones and Android 3.0 Honeycomb tablets -- the same operating system will now run on both types of hardware. Galaxy Nexus memory Like the Galaxy S2, there will be 1GB of system memory on board the handset. That's double the amount inside an iPhone 4S. For more info please go to www.techradar.com

Sanyo Zio for Cricket Wireless Review

Discount on Sanyo Zio: bit.ly Review of the Sanyo Zio by Kyocera for Cricket Wireless. Easily the best handset Cricket Wireless has ever made. The fact that Cricket Wireless now offers Android enabled handsets is literally a game changer for the small provider. With national service and unlimited Android for the most competitive price per month they are really starting to light a fire under some of the larger providers. This is a light phone with a long lasting battery. It is extremely functional as a Android handset. The limitations are: Older operating system (Android V1.6), crummy onscreen keyboard (can be fixed with Android Marketplace apps), no flash. Otherwise this is an excellent handset. Works wonders with full (speedy)web accessibility, Android Market, and everything else. If you have Cricket Wireless, you NEED this phone today! That is until they come out with a better Android handset :) Check out Part 2 of the review here: www.youtube.com ****Thanks for Watching & Please Subscribe***** www.UnlimitedCellPhonePlan.com

Nokia Lumina 800 Hands On - Windows Phone 7

Nokia Lumina 800 Hands On - Windows Phone 7 For more tech goodness, check us out at: www.technobuffalo.com Follow Us on Twitter www.twitter.com Like Us on Facebook: www.facebook.com Check Us Out on Google + tchno.be We've heard the rumors, seen the leaks, and now it's official -- Nokia's 'Sea Ray' handset is finally a reality. Officially called the Nokia Lumia 800, the handset shares the same form-factor as the oh-so-sexy Nokia N9, while adding Windows Phone under the hood. During the keynote this morning in London, Nokia CEO and President Steven Elop described the handset as "The First Real Windows Phone." With the purchase of the 800 you score three Nokia-specific features forcing on navigation, music, and sports. Navigation: The Nokia 800 includes Nokia Drive for free, making it the only Windows Phone with free turn-by-turn directions. You can download maps at home, but the maps will connect and download additional map information if you drive out of your planned route. Music: Nokia Music offers Nokia customers something like a Pandora experience, with special "mixes" of tunes you can listen to based around a certain genre of music. There's no login or subscription to listen to jams while you're out and about, and music can be made available offline, for listening to places where you might not get a cell or Wi-Fi signal like planes. Your favorite mixes can be pinned to the home screen on the handset for easy access. Sports: Nokia has partnered with ESPN for Nokia Sports ...

Xperia ARC Vs iPhone 4 - Snapshot shootout - Mobile Photography

Xperia Arc Vs iPhone 4 - snapshot photography challenge. The iPhone 4 is, perhaps arguably, the current kind of mobile phone photography, even earning it's own moronic little word mashup, iPhoneography, but Now there just might be an ANDROID handset ready to challenge for the throne of best camera in a mobile phone (or cell phone if you're a seppo). Sony Ericsson's new flagship handset, the Experia ARC boasts a mobile editing of the Exmor R image sensor from over at the SONY's imaging stables, and I've got my hands on a review unit, so lets put it head to head with the iPhone and see which snapper rules the roost.

Sony Ericsson Xperia Arc

The Sony Ericsson launch event for the Xperia Play, Xperia neo and pro also contained the recently announced slim Xperia Arc handset - where One Mobile Ring managed to capture a video of the walk through of that very handset. The Arc tips up with an 8.7mm chassis - at its thinnest point - which is much slimmer than the last winner of the svelte smartphone crown - the iPhone 4, with its 9.3mm case. Sony Ericsson's Xperia Arc was announced at Las Vegas' consumer electronics show, with a 4.2-inch multi touch reality screen with a mobile Bravia engine for more of a vivid colour display with less reflection in bright light. Xperia's Arc gains its name from the Arc in the body of the phone, where the mobile takes its place as their flagship handset and effectively replaces last year's Xperia X10 mobile. SE Xperia Arc will arrive running Android 'Gingerbread' 2.3, with Sony Ericsson application's such as TimeScape, a 1Ghz processor, an 8GB microSD card, with a camera capable of HD video capture that's displayable through the built in microHDMI port.

Samsung 4G LTE Phone Demo

Samsung 4G LTE Phone for Verizon Wireless: Demo Samsung is going to be releasing an LTE-capable handset for Verizon towards the middle of the year, and we're hoping by then it may even have a name for it. While we found it rather odd Samsung hasn't bothered to name its new handset yet (We're proposing "Bob"), it does look like a winner. For now it is simply known by its model number of SCH-i520, and we're sure they'll come up with a suitably spiffy name. Sporting a Super AMOLED Plus screen, which Samsung says they have addressed the bluish tint that we have seen on some other handsets, looks absolutely gorgeous. Measuring 4.3-inches, you can see in the video that it has some beautiful resolution, but we have unfortunately not heard what those numbers are yet. And with built-in HDMI out you'll be able to share your beautiful content with televisons. The back features an 8 megapixel camera, and a 1.3 megapixel on the front for video conferencing via Skype and other uses. Nice to see it's not yet another VGA job. The Phone will launch in mid-2011 with Android 2.2, but upgrades will be available for it down the road. We wish we could tell you a name on this phone, and overall it looks like a good choice, but be warned the back is similar to the Galaxy S, and it seems the back is a fingerprint magnet, so it is definitely not for the obsessive compulsive amongst us. Be on the lookout for the phone around mid-2011.

Nokia Lumia 800 video demo

FINNISH PHONE FIRM Nokia's scientists are hard at work on making smartphones more durable and adding a raft of interactive capabilities. Nokia showed off the Kinetic Concept device for the first time today. Users will be able to twist the device to flick through lists, bend the device to activate a selected option and even squeeze the handset to answer phone calls. The applications for gaming purposes are also endless. Nokia remained tight-lipped about software and specifications, but did say that it has been working on such concepts since 2008. It remains to be seen whether this device will actually make it to market, but the possibilities are intriguing, especially with Windows 8 on the horizon. µ
